QUEENSLAND, AND VICTORIA FULL COLOR MAPS. These maps are from a very rare 1892 atlas entitled"Cram's Unrivaled Atlas of the World, Indexed" published by S. L. Bradley, 415 Dearborn Street, Chicago. This is a Grand New Census and World's Fair Edition. Maps are full color- very attractive and interesting! This map has New South Wales(scale of 1 inch equals about 50 miles) on one side and a map of Queensland(scale of 1 inch equals about 100 miles) on half the flip side and a map of the Victoria(scale of 1 inch equals about 55 miles) on the other half of the flip side. Pages are large, being either 14 1/2" x 10 3/4" or 11 5/8 x 14 1/2" with viewing ... morearea being approximately 12” x 9” a little more or a little less) on most of the maps. Each map has at least one edge that is not 100% razor straight where it was taken out of the binding mounted in the atlas. The larger pages have tiny perforations(see picture) along the binding edge where it was bound with cord. All pages are slightly yellowed from age but map colors are bright and clear. Maps may have small dog-eared corners or tiny pieces of corners missing. See individual pictures. These pages have light smudges in the margins; and the New South Wales map has a rusty line about 1 1/2 inches long in a margin. Every map has an atlas page number in one margin. What appears to be a lighter area on the map is from camera flash. Please contact seller if you have any questions or need a more detailed description of a particular map. Cleaning out my drawer as this has not been used for three years. I bought it for my botched cross-country bicycle tour. It worked great. But I did not! I was injured and only dit 20% of trip. Includes USA map, handlebar mount for bicycle or motorcycle. I had it on my Motorcycle for a little bit as well, and include the two power cord setups for a cigarette lighter jack and a Powerlet jack used on some motorcycles. Also includes a maxed our memory card of 8GB. One problem- A battery did go bad in the unit. And there was slight corrosion on the terminals and cover. I cleaned it all up, and you can see it in the picture. Unit continues to work great with batteries or 12V power adapters. also included is a windshield suction mount for Car or motorcycle.

This CD is in three parts: 1. Three maps produced by George Bradshaw of Railway Timetable fame. The maps were produced in 1830. They show most of England and Wales at a scale of ½ inch to one mile. They show the canal and railway network as it was then. They show the canal level above sea level and the entry widths of the locks. 2. The Walker Nichols and Priestly canal map of Great Britain. This map also produced in 1830 is at a scale of 5.6 inches to one mile. This map also shows the canals but in addition it shows the location of mineral deposits that would be transported on the canals. 3. The Joseph Priestly Book detailing and describing each of the canal layouts. The is an 800 page reference work.
