Vintage Mobil Gas Pegasus Flying Red Horse License Plate Topper
This is a rare. All metal license plate topper with mount bracket for attaching to auto rear license plate as used in the 1930’s and 1940’s. It is in reasonably good condition. However, the tail is missing. The paint is not original and the hoof on one rear leg shows some deterioration. Measures 5 ½” wide and 4 ½” tall. I have had this mounted above my workbench for 25 years.

Vintage Texaco Red Metal Porcelain 21.5" Tall Gas Service Station Sign Letters
This auction is for a for 6 Porcelain 21 1/2" metal letters that spell the word TEXACO. They are 2.18 mm thick. The widest letter is the letter A and it is 23 1/2" wide at the bottom of the A legs. The pictures show them displayed on my patio and that display is 10' 5" long. Each letter is red porcelain on the front and black porcelain on the back. Each letter has 3 mounting brackets on the back which are female and you would have to make a simple male bracket. Check the pictures to see the back. These letters were an old homestead dump find. They are not bent or any dents. A couple may not lay exactly flat but still does not deter from their looks. There are some chips in the porcelain on 3 of the letters but again does not deter from the looks of the letter. Be sure and check out all of the pictures in the body of the ... morelisting. Up for auction is an original"WAYNE Model 420" Electric Gas Pump that has been made into a TEXACO OIL COMPANY gas pump. Please notice that this pump has no decal on it; when I took these pictures we inadvertently stuck a Mobil globe on top. Since these pictures were taken. Mr. Boyd has obtained some Texaco decals and has placed a Texaco globe on top. I would take some more pictures. And will do so in the future, if the pump doesn't sell in a few weeks, but I(Jeff Flowers) who list these oil company items for Mr. Boyd live a little over two hours from him and only get out there every few months to make pictures of what he has completed since I was last there. This pump is unique in the recessed fluorescent lighting on each side. This pump comes with the original nozzle and hose. The metal and skins are in fair condition; it has ... moresome dents and the chrome window trim is begging to spot. The globe on top is a reproduction and has been made to light up. This pump stands just a little over five foot tall in overall height with the globe on top. This pump belongs to Mr. Kenneth Boyd of Roosevelt. Oklahoma. And he is the one who found it. Mr. Boyd is 84 years old and has lived all of his life on the farm that has been in his family for over 100 years.
