Lake Erie Maps& Prints Union Positions in Blue and Confederate in Red An Original Antique Map: Not a Reproduction! Plate CXXXV Atlas to Accompany ... morethe Official Records of the Union and Confederate Armies Currently Listing Many Civil War Maps and Prints Check out my! Titles of Maps: 1) Battle of Wilson's Creek. Missouri. 2) Battle of Cedar Mountain 3) Richmond Defenses. 4) Defense of Macon, Georgia. 5) Buckingham and Appomattox Counteis, Virginia. 6) Battle of Chancellorsville, VA. Description: It is an original uncut sheet of six battlefield maps from the Atlas to Accompany the Official Records of the Union and Confederate Armies. Published by the Secretary of War, Washington: Government Printing Office, 1891-1895) undoubtedly the most complete set of accurate maps of the Civil War ever published. The title of the atlas appears in the top left margin and plate number in the upper right. A copy of the title page is included with all the publishing details for authenticity. The atlas was published in a very limited context to be distributed to government officials in the three houses of government as a reference for assessing the Civil War. This is from the original first publishing, that lasted from 1891-5. In general, these maps are very detailed showing lines of approach, battle formations, forts, batteries, dates, various armies and officers involved, topography down to houses in many cases and other details and historical notes. The Union lines are in blue and the Confederate in Red. Size: The map image measures 16 by 27 inches on a page measuring approximately 18 by 29 inches with plenty of margin all around for framing. It is a full double page sheet with a centerfold as issued. Condition: The map sheet is in Very Good condition with overall light tonal aging. Other than the bottom corners barely clipped and some darkening around the edges. The map is very clean and would frame up nicely. Disregard the shadow on the centerfold, the actual map has a very even tone throughout. Pics are of the actual map

ANTIQUE CIVIL WAR ERA JET SATIN GLASS BEAD BEADED MOURNING MUFF CHAIN~58" L
RARE~ANTIQUE CIVIL WAR ERA MOURNING MUFF CHAIN This is a beautiful. Black satin glass beaded Muff chain that dates to the turn of the last century. It was one of three mourning pieces that I purchased for my collection previously owned by the same woman. The family had been in the USA since the 1830s. This piece measures 58" L& is in need of restringing. Clasp is painted black metal. The beads have a very smooth feel to them. I thought they may be Jet but they leave no mark on rough surfaces. Original findings intact. A very nice piece. Careful shipping. Thanks~Tawny

1834-1848 Pre- Civil War Navy cuff button Tice's NA215A6 Albert's NA107 Robinson
Pre-Civil war era US Navy uniform button b ackmarked: R&W Robinson Extra" Tice describes this as NA215A6. Tice includes"Extra Rich"in the backmark, this does not have"rich"however it is a cuff button and perhaps was left off the smaller buttons. I am pretty sure this is Tice's NA215A6 and Alberts NA 107. But be sure to take a good look at the photos and the backmark, as I know little about buttons. Button measures 11/16th inches across. Button is in excellent condition showing almost no wear. Gold is near 100% intact. There is a small amount of surface dirt( you can see it around the anchor rope mostly) but overall excellent condition. Ask questions before you buy. Because I know little about these buttons and I am selling them as-is.

US 1855 or 1855/70 Civil War Socket Bayonet
This is a good model 1855 or 1855/70 Civil War socket bayonet. I think it is a 1855 socket bayonet because one of the sites on the web that if a penny could travel through the socket portion. It was a 1855. Another site stated that the 1855/70 would have inspectors marks underneath the US, which this one does not. The bayonet is in good general condition with some areas of staining and rust and pitting, as shown in the pictures, however, for its age, it is a good representative piece. We will ship this item within the USA ONLY. Payment must be received within 7 days of invoice.

Sorry everyone but I have to state the following now due to recent problem children after selling more then 2.000 items on eBay with no problems. 1. If not happy with a item or other issue such as packing. Service, etc. before leaving negative or neutral feedback or a low seller star rating on shipping costs, shipping time, item as described, etc ... moreyou agree to contact me before you leave such feedback so we can reach a civil solution, example- return for a refund, etc. 2. This covers all insurance and if over a certain amount signature confirmation. Please do not ask me for a cheaper method, if I offer free shipping, etc. The only time this is different is when you win multiple items at the same time from me then I combine shipping, see above. 6. Please look at the pictures of the item you are bidding on as well as read the it

RARE Antique Hand Painted Drawing, Print? Civil War Battle Pittsburg Shiloh Tenn
A rare hand painted drawing. Or print of the Civil War Battle of Pittsburg, also known as Pittsburg Landing and Shiloh. Tenn, April 7, 1862. I have examined this carefully and believe it to be an ink drawing with hand coloring but cannot be sure. It is well worn and has been glued to a paper background which was then glued onto a piece of wood. I've researched this online and have been unable to find any old print or painting like it. Although there are several of prints of this battle. As you can see. It is well worn and dirty, but I think it is a unique item. It measures approx 6 1/8" x 3 3/4" Please review photos and ask questions before bidding. Please pay within 48 hours. I usually ship within 3 working days of payment. Sometimes sooner and sometimes later if I have a really busy work week. Shipping includes tracking and ... moreinsurance where applicable. Which is why the shipping price may seem high. The the item will be carefully wrapped. I try to reuse packaging wherever possible, but have to buy new stuff now and again so must include a small packing fee. If I don't, please contact me, because I obviously didn't notice. I will combine shipping where possible. And will ship to most countries, please ask. ROSTER OF OHIO SOLDIERS CIVIL REBELLION WAR 1861-66 VOL VI & POSTER FOUND INSIDE
The cover of this book is in poor condition but the inside is very good. Dark area at bottom of pictures 7& 8 is my shadow. Picture 6 shows the separation between the spine and first page. Separation is the same in the back. Picture four shows an item I wish I knew more about. Perhaps I should have listed it separately but since it was inside this book(and discolored the two pages it was between) I am listing it here. I am quite sure the printing is on rag paper-it has that texture and feel. I have no idea when this poster was printed. I would like to say during or close after the Civil War but I imagine more like the time of the printing of the book. 1888. I like the middle part of the poster: When you get hungry or dry. You will find willing ladies to furnish you with. Maybe the word dry does not refer to any kind of liquor. There were ... morefive or so newspaper clippings in the book and one glued to the inside of the front cover. I am also including them. One refers to the death of Civil War Veteran William H. Cockins. Another is a newspaper etching of Gen. John A. McClernand. The most interesting one refers to a little known Civil War skirmish. A name is written in pencil on the second page. I have left several dried leaves inside also. Pages 407-408 have part of the margin missing. Book is quite heavy(4 pound including the box) but Media shipping is quite reasonable. Please email with any questions before bidding. Thanks for looking.

Civil War PHOTOGRAPHER Photo SOLDIER Fort SUMTER Charlestown,SC SOULE Stereoview
FREE US SHIPPING Serious Best Offers Considered Up for sale is this VERY RARE ORIGINAL[NOT a repro/reprint] 1860's Albumen Stereoview by John P Soule from the"Scenes of the Great Rebellion" series and titled No. 339 ~ Interior of Fort Sumpter[sic] Looking toward Charleston, S.C. from April of 1865] NOTE: This is a VERY RARE& HISTORIC Image. Since it ALSO shows Sam A. Cooley, Official Photographer 10th US Army, photographing a Union? Soldier on the fort parapet in the distance. Stereoview photo has minimal wear/soiling/fading. Slight stain in lower left, and has excellent contrast which is amazing for age. Mount has light corner wear, light crease near top left corner, and a couple stain/soiling spots. I would say image is EX for age, while mount is VG+ condition for age. This would make an OUTSTANDING addition to ANY stereoview. ... morePhotographer, or Civil War collection. PS: If ANYONE can shed any more light on who took this image. PLEASE contact me. This is a VERY RARE Photographer taking another Photographer photo at a famous Civil War landmark no less. Background shows Sam A Cooley. Under the hood of his box camera, photographing a soldier on the parapet of Fort Sumter. You can clearly see the tripod legs of the camera with the photographer hunched over under the camera hood taking the photograph. The small size of the men shows just how large and high the parapet was back than, in fact you can see stairs going up it and a hole/ tunnel going through it. Mid-ground shows a raised primitive walkway[must have been muddy] with bits of lumber& who knows what else lying on the ground. Foreground shows a brick chimney[the soldiers lived underground for protection from bombardments] The Gabion baskets in the background are obviously the same as the empty dark woven baskets in foreground that would have been filled with dirt and used for cover/protection, like sandbags are used in wars today. Front left edge says: Scenes of the Great Rebellion. ~ Entered According to Act of Congress. In the year 1865,
