It is not matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as shown in the main pic, blank on the reverse. Overall, a very nice map that would frame up nicely. It is a fairly scarce map in a large elephant folio format that is very detailed for the period rivaling the more common Johnson atlas of the period in terms of detail, size and color. Overall a very nice map that would frame up well. Size: The dimensions of the map area between the neat lines measures 16 by 22 inches(41x56cm) on a page measuring 17 1/2 by 24 1/4" 44x62cm) with a margin all around as seen in the main pic. Condition: The map is in Fair condition with overall tonal ageing. Original hand coloring, blank on the reverse, printed on a heavy page. There is some darkening and dampstaining in the margins, a chipped bottom corner, inch separation at the bottom of the centerfold and a few minor spots as seen in the pics, see the pic for more on condition. 1933 Durkee Famous Foods-Recipes-A Century of Progress-Chicago World's Fair
This is a souvenir 16 page brochure from Durkee's Famous Foods. Inc. given out at the Durkee's exhibit in the Hall of Agriculture at the 1933-134 Century of Progress International Exposition. In Chicago, IL. The brochure contains recipes using Durkee's Sauces and Spices, Dinner Bell Oleomargarine, Dunham's Cocanut,and Melvo Vegetable Shortening. The brochure measures 6" x 4 1/4" when folded. It was printed in 1933 by D.F. F. Inc. in the U.S.A. Please see the attached photographs which show every page of the brochure. There are no rips or tears in the booklet. The colors show little fading, and the pages are all still well attached to the stapled binding. I don't allow my World's Fair items to smoke and I don't either, so they are brought up in a healthful smoke free environment.

This impact wrench has 4 forward torque settings! They have a nice rubberlike handle which is great for the cold weather and overall use! Very good impact for a good price! Feels good in your hand. Completely restored and working 100% Up for auction today is my 1960 Duchess Big Ball Bowler made by Chicago Coin. It was restored by Mark Combs in Cincinnati. It is a very nice bowler and is considered to be one of the more desirable bowlers. It plays 100% Has been wired for free play on the coin return button has 3 games, Flash" Regulation bowling" and one called"All-Strike" It has the big 4 1/2" balls and the big(easy to see) scoring reels. It is the 16' model and is actually 16'4" nose to tail. It comes apart in 3 sections and will require a truck and a trailer probably to get it home. I can assist in helping you get it apart and loaded. There is no shipping on this item. I will assist in any way I can if you choose to set up your own shipping. We have had Pinball machines. Colors are good not as vibrant as I would like but we are hovering at 80 years here. Piece is in very good condition with some minor issues as noted. Border is coming slightly unraveled at top edge for about 1/2" and there is a rust stain on the right side of piece as pictured. Antique Chicago Lens & Instrument Co. Bausch & Lomb Microscope
Antique/ vintage microscope. Has a decal under the stage" Chicago Lens& instrument Co. Tube is marked" Bausch& Lomb Optical Co, Rochester NY" Didn't find any info online for the Chicago Lens Company. Apparently the Bausch& Lomb Optical Co. name was used between 1876 to the mid 40's. Comparing the styles, I would place a guess ion the 1920's, but please use your own knowledge to help you determine the type and vintage of this. Has a two lens turret, lenses are Bausch& Lomb with one marked 4mm 0.85 and the other 16mm 0.25. Eyepiece lens is marked only with 10x. There is a diaphragm under the stage. It moves a bit, but is stiff to turn and the shutter looks to be a bit distorted. Adjuster moves the tube up and down as it should. The large brass knob at the top of the arm doesn't move easily. I didn't ... moretry to loosen it with any tools. My knowledge of microscopes it pretty limited and I didn't want to do any damage. The pivot between the base and tube appears to require a special tool to loosen, so I left it alone as well. Stands 13 3/4 tall extended. Base is 7 x 4. Has some wear, tarnish and accumulated dust. I imagine it will shine up pretty decent, but will let the new owner decide on the look desired. Kind of has the old unused dusty laboratory look as it sits. Base and parts are cast iron, the rest of the parts are brass. I think this will make a nice addition to a collection or look great as a decorating piece. Check out my! Black glass dish from the 1960's is decorated with different scenes of the Chicago Athletic Association building as well as various sporting activities. Established in 1890 the Chicago Athletic Association was founded for the encouragement of athletics and fellowship. Located at 12 S. Michigan Avenue in Chicago the building is a beautiful part of what is known as the Michigan Avenue"Streetwall" and until now is protected as a landmark. There is currently a plan submitted to turn it into a motel which would demolish the building for the most part except for the façade. Dish is fluted black glass and is 7.5 inches across. Few paint chips and retains most of it's original paint. Truck cab is green and as mentioned above missing one axel and set of wheels. Other existing 4 wheels are in really good condition with no cracking or flat spots. Stamped in the medal on the left side is the copyright mark and 1933 A.M.C. Size: Overall length is 10.5 inches. The trailer is 7.5 inches and the cab is 3 inches long.

2 Antique 1933 Chicago World's Fair Ladies Compacts Ea. w/ Broken Closure Clasps
These are two old souvenir ladies compacts from the Chicago World's Fair and both have closing clasps that do not work. I will describe each separately. The large red one is marked"1933-World's Fair Chicago-1934" and it also has labeled images of the Federal Bldg. the Travel& Transport Bldg. and the Hall Of Science Bldg. It measures a 1/16 of an inch shy of 3 3/4" across. It shows some wear and there are areas of red coloring missing on the front and quite a bit of the red coloring missing on the back. As seen in the 5th& 6th pictures. This compact only has one compartment and there are a couple of spots on the interior of the compact where the silver coloring is worn and there appears to be copper showing thru. This compact does have it's closure clasp, but it is broken somehow and will not catch- it will ... morenot fasten shut- the compact will not stay closed at all, as you cannot securely close it. I have shown the broken clasp in both pictures#11& 12. The black compact is marked"1933 A Century Of Progress Chicago" it measures 3 1/4" by 2 1/2" It also shows some wear and on it's back there are areas of missing black coloring and there is also a dent. As seen in the 3rd& 4th pictures. Also in those pictures I have tried to show where there are numerous little tiny scratches on the back and a few larger ones that are located in the bottom left corner of the back of the compact. This compact has a few different compartments as seen in the pictures. It is entirely missing it's closure clasp and I have tried to show this in the last two pictures. There is no way to securely close the compact. Also when in the closed position, the top does not align up with the bottom. The top will lie just off center a little and I have tried to show this in picture#12. On the inside of the compact there is a small design with the letters"EA" inside of the design, as shown in the tenth picture. These two compacts that both have broken closure clasps are bein

1934 A Century Of Progress Chicago World's Fair Souvenir Antique Compact w/ Box
This is an older compact with it's original box. The compact is marked on it's front"1934 A Century Of Progress Chicago" World's Fair) The top of the box is marked in the bottom right corner"By Girey New York" 2nd picture) and on one end of the box it is marked" 43/4411& W693" as seen in the 11th picture. The compact is pink in color and has a leather feeling texture to it. The metal parts of the compact are gold colored and those parts do show some wear as seen in the pictures. The compact has a couple of compartments which still contain quite a bit of their contents. If you look at the 7th picture you will see where the name of E. Gentry is written on the inside of the compact. Along with the date of 1934. The closing clasp works well and all of the hinges are in good working order. The box ... moreitself measures 4" by about 2 7/8" The compact measures 2 3/4" by 2" and is about 3/8" thick.
