The chopper was manufactured in the United States. The chopper is made of cast iron, treated with a tin finish to avoid rusting. It has 3 cutting blades for fine, medium and coarse chopping, all of which are clean and sharp. One has only a little bit of rust which would undoubtedly clean up well. The grinder is clean and in very good condition. The paperwork and box are in good structural condition, though both have significant staining. The United Kingdom and Belgium. There are four cutters. Two of them appear to be for meat. Another is marked“Bread Crumber” And the last one says Condition– It has a patina that shows a lot of use. But there are no bad scratches on it. Some of the pages of the pamphlet are loose and it’s somewhat brittle with age. But it is otherwise readable. Since this weighs well over 4 pounds before any box or packaging. I will send it in a medium flat rate box, the cost of which will be $12.65- Free local pickup is an option if you can make your way to Saint Paul.
