My mother-in-law was the original purchaser of this many many years ago. It has been sitting in my cabinet for over 15 yrs.unused.which is why I am selling it. The original box fell apart long ago. But she cut off the top of the original box to use as a label and attached it to a shoebox and that's what it has been stored in. I believe the handle lever is lightweight aluminum with a hardwood round handle. The chopper body is cast iron as are all the other parts. The chopper is designed to clamp to a table. Nicely embossed this all metal grinder is about 10" long. 7" wide, and weighs around 4 pounds 4 ounces. Included with this piece are 4 separate blades(all pictured) one with"EXTRA FINE" lettered. All with a bit of surface type rust. The mounting screw and bracket are intact and operate properly. The all wooden handle is uncracked.
