The vivid pink paint is original and in great condition. All the moving parts work perfectly. The wood block used to push food down is original. Vintage white Zassenhaus meat nut coffee grinder antique manual Schwelmiw German
Vintage Zassenhaus grinder. Likely a meat grinder but I haven't seen one similar to this anywhere on eBay or online. Mounts to the kitchen counter, about 8 1/2" long. Has only one blade and seems to work fine. Marked on one side with Zassenhaus, and the other seems to read Schwelmiw. If you have any questions or need more information. Vintage Food grinder hand crank peanut butter. Bread crumbs, meat? coffee? This is in good working condition. I don't know about safety or cleaning on these. Check the pics. the cutters/blades are in great shape. The whole thing has patina. Some corrosion but hardly any actual rust if any. Some of these don't work because of improper sharpening. these all still have marks from being forged with no pitting on the blade where it cuts. This is the Universal model number 1 with 4 cutters included. One says it's for nut butter, one for bread crumbs and the other two aren't labeled. they may be for meat, vegetables or coffee.not sure. These smaller grinders don't grind very much meat well. they do, but you need the really big ones to do a lot of it. Good luck and feel free to ask any questions. ps made in Connecticut.
