You are looking at a beautiful and important double sided(male and female) copper artifact from the Inca culture of the Late Horizon Period of Peru. The statue was made using the lost wax method around the 16th century. It is unusually large and heavy(16.5 cm high and 982 grams/ 2 pounds heavy) The lower body part is corroded from centuries of exposure to acids typically released in tombs but considering the age the statue is in overall good condition and shows a beautiful patina.
