Purple Violet Fiddleback Chasuble Priest Vestment
Up for auction is violet fiddleback-style chasuble with matching stole. The detail work is quite impressive. I'm not sure of the age or country of origin. Although this vestment is in excellent shape. The orphreys are very nice, and the embroidered cross on the front is meticulously done. Was cleaned recently and hasn't been used since. Could use a good ironing, but aside from that, this set is in excellent shape. A great find for Lent!

The white end panels have a large black cross and a black cross at the neck. The purple side is plain with a black cross at the neck.on both sides has a large gold cross.
