It is hand stitched. Made of a red silk weave damask brocade fabric with a colorful woven floral pattern design, gold metallic lamé trim edging along the bottom ends and cross appliquéd on the back neck. This religious Catholic priests vestment stole has a long scarf like style which hangs around the neck and forms an X shape cross on the front chest. It is the symbol of the clerical office, immortality and the yoke of Christ. The stole is fully lined backed in a blue linen fabric. It measures 90 inches long, 3 inches wide and 8 inches wide along the ends. It is in good condition, with ... moresome staining black marks.
