It is in good condition ... morewith very little wear. The material is of a kelly green that is much more Roman than the darker forest green color that is often produced today. The back is embroidered with a cross that is composed of flowers with the iconic IHS in the center. The front is a simple pillar composed in the same theme as the back. There are two strings that are used to secure the vestment around the waist of the priest. The matching stole is in very good condition and its adorned with metallic fringe on the bottom. It has a sewn cloth around the neck to absorb any sweat that may damage the material. The only sign of age and wear is found on the front between the embroidered part of the vestment. The cloth is slightly distressed and is beginning to fray. This can be seen in the photos 6& 7 provided above. Aside from this. The lining is in excellent condition for its age. Unfortunately, there are no other matching pieces available. This set is for the chasuble and stole only. If you should have any questions. Please contact me before bidding. Vintage ITALIAN Beehive lace alb for a Monsignor or Bishop. As you can see it has the red silk cuffs under the lace! Lace is very sturdy and will not tear or rip! This is a fantastic piece of work really worthy of the altar! From the top of the shoulder to end of cuff roughly 27" From top of shoulder to bottom of lace roughly 54" The alb fits me and lace falls to the top of my feet. I am about 5'10" if this helps. Nice old priest's stole in green brocade. With gold embroidered crosses, green and gold tasseled ends, and lace band across yoke. Stole is in very good condition for its age. With no visible rips, tears, etc. Lace is every so slightly loose. But could be easily sewn/tacked down by a seamstress. Ends flare from narrower yoke- very nice over a cassock and surplice.

Difficult to date precisely. But I would guess 1940s or 50s. The piece is made of black rayon moire and lined in purple rayon acetate. The garment is crossed at both the front and back with purple velvet. The back has a printed image of Jesus wearing a crown of thorns- I believe that this chasuble would have been used for Good Friday service. Black and purple are colors typically used during Lent, but black was also used on All Souls Day and at funerals. The image of Jesus is quite beautiful, edged with metallic gold ... morerickrack and accented with gold and satin roping. It is in very good condition with the exception of some yellowish discoloration to the velvet, mostly to the top and bottom and at seam joints. Otherwise, it is in very good condition and looks great. It measures 55 across the top from the end of one sleeve, over the shoulders, and to the end of the other sleeve. It has a length of 47 and weighs 1 lb and 4 oz. Vintage Ornate Roman Catholic Fiddleback Chasuble Priest Vestment Made in Paris. The chasuble is embroidered in multicolored thread on a beautiful emerald green background. The robe measures in the back from the neck 39 3/8” and from the shoulder 43 5/8” long. It is 26” wide. The cross on the back is 39" x 22" x 8" It is composed of sheaves of wheat. Grape clusters, grape leaves and swirls and banded in a 1” wide ribbon. The front of the vestment from the neck measures 28” and from the shoulder 32 ¼” long. It is 23” wide tapering down to 14” wide. The front has the same embroidered designs as the back. The outside of the chasuble is a patterned emerald green, probably cotton, and the inside is a plain lighter green cotton. It is in very good condition. this is a gorgeous colored catholic vestment. Deep salmon color with red ribbon and gold embroidery. There are two small flaws +please see photos+ the first is 2 small holes on top piece of fabric.But hardly noticeable because lining piece is intact. The second is some smudge marks on lower back near hem(I think these can be washed out but I didn't want to mess with it) garment measures 43" inches from back if neck to lower hem and is made from a rayon/ poly material with a sheen. This garment was previously worn and used by a world traveled priest who originated from Vietnam.
