Vintage Clergy Vestment Stole red with blue gold band and fringe
This is a very nice and clean vintage stole except for one small stain that looks like candle wax that I have pictured in the last photo. It is located near the bottom of the picture on the right side and not real noticeable. This is a narrow stole measuring only 2 1/4" wide and is 47" long from top to bottom of the fringe. All monitors are set a little different and mine shows this stole as being a little more on the cherry red color. It is not quite that color and the last photo shows on mine to be the true color. It has a little more burgundy in it that tones it down. Thank you for looking.

Fabulous Antique Stole with Super Embroidery. Reversible Cream/Red. This is a fabulous antique 19th century French stole. It is completely reversible. One side is cream silk the other side is red silk. Both sides have some lovely embroidery. The cream side is embroidered with crowns and Sacred Hearts. Worked in gold wire thread and fine silks, and decorated with gold metal discs. The red side has fleur-de-lys and intricate Cross/Crown of Thorns motifs, there are worked in cloth of gold and gold embroidery, plus gold metal discs. The edges of the stole are joined with a gold cord with gold wire covered tassels. And are decorated with a metallic gold trim. The ends of the stole have a gold bullion fringe. Reversible Slabbinck Clergy Stole red/green
This is a very nice Clergy Stole made by the renown vestment maker Slabbinck in Belgium. It is reversible: red on one side and green on the other and features the same accent design on both sides. It is mitered at the neck with a gold chain to hold it in place and the Slabbinck name is on a tag on the chain. It shows no signs of wear and made of a heavier woven fabric.
