I think that this table may be a marriage of a few different pieces. It appears that the pedestal is made of a brown colored wood and the base looks to be made of a more red colored mahogany. Base measures approx. 4 3/4" diameter. The finial has the four outer bands that read"Beckwith's Round Oak" and has the center ball/sphere. There is a long screw that goes all the way through the finial that is bent and needs to be straightened. There are some small dents in the base, and one dent in the center ball. This is a beautiful burl wood veneer Queen Anne style small round table. The size of the table is 16 inches across by 20.5 inches tall. The table was well cared for and is in very nice condition. There is a tiny bit of wear to a few spots in the finish on the top but so small not sure it shows in the pictures. Age I am not sure about. 1930's Supertone Guitar - Round Hole, Arched Top - NO RESERVE
Vintage 30's Supertone Guitar with Case NO RESERVE SCROLL DOWN FOR MORE PHOTOS Up for bids is an interesting old Supertone brand guitar that I believe is from the 1930's. Apparently Supertones were sold by Sears and the name pre-dates the more familiar Silvertone. I don't know who actually built this one for Sears but it reminds me a lot of the Stellas and Harmonys from that era(maybe it's a little nicer. Actually) It's an odd design- the top is slightly arched and it has a trapeze type tailpiece, but it has a round soundhole like a flattop guitar, and it has an elevated type of pickguard. Unlike a lot of low end guitars like this it has real binding on the top, not just white paint. The fancy neck markers are just paint stencils but they're in pretty good shape and haven't worn off too badly. The whole guitar ... morelooks to be original and it's in good shape for its age. As you can see there are the expected dings and scratches from 70+ years of use. There are a couple of long lines on the lower treble side of the top that I guess are hairline cracks. The wood there is solid and doesn't give when you press on it. There are a couple more light cracks on the bass side edge but again the wood is very stable. I'm including close up photos of both areas so be sure to check them all out. The top has a slight wave around the soundhole but it's not too bad and it doesn't affect the playability. There is a good amount of player wear on the back of the neck, and some more around the back body edges(see photos) The neck is straight with surprisingly easy playing action. The frets are in good shape, too, though they are smaller than what you see on a modern guitar. It has a nice, woody tone and pretty good volume for what I assume is a straight braced guitar. Most of these old catalog type guitars are just wall hangers, but this one is actually VERY playable and usable. It comes in an older looking chipboard case but I doubt it's original to the guitar. This is a vintage Kay Kraft flat top acoustic guitar. This one is from the 30s maybe the late 1920's. Playability is alright. As a slide guitar it plays and sounds incredible. Tuners are not original. Work fine. Has deep Brazilian Rosewood back and sides and a very cool checker-board pattern around the soundhole, up and down the neck and around the body. Has lots of chips and scratches but that just adds to the character. Top seems solid. Braces seem fine. No case. Very cool old guitar that looks and sounds awesome. The tone of this one is truly impressive. This came from an old farmer and he remembers his dad playing it when he was very little. I will ship very carefully. A very fine late Victorian French Empire style maple table with bronze mounts. The top bronze framing Belgian marble. The legs have bronze lady Egyptian heads with anthemium trailing below, the booties in stiff acanthus leaf. The stretcher shelf has a bronze band of leaf, and beads, the table skirt with band of bound reeds. The polished marble top is fine. Table measures 26-3/4" diameter by 29-1/2" tall. Excellent condition: maple without chips or cracks, original finish, all bronze mounts present and with original patination. The marble is without chips or cracks, most normal minor use scratches.

Unknown Make Round Hole Arch Top
You are looking at an unknown make acoustic round hole arch top guitar. Probably made in the forties. This guitar brings an awesome woody, loud tone to the table. With the top and back arched there are virtually no braces inside of this guitar to interfere with tone. Looks like a birch ply top. Floating bridge with what might be a non original tailpiece. Looks like at one time there might have been a pick guard. As there are three holes where one might have screwed in. No pick guard now. Some sort of weird laminate on the head. And the heel of the neck. Definitely non original but not totally out of place. The stenciling on the body looks from the factory, and the neck is surprisingly straight and true, and the action is low. Frets have been dressed and still is a very good finger player. Tuners are definitely non original. But hold tune ... morewell, and aren't bad at all, looks like from the 60's if I'd hazard a guess. I've been using a slide with it wit a raised nut. And it really is a classic blues sound. Raised nut not included in sale. It has what looks to be the original case. Chipboard but still in good condition. Fits the guitar perfectly. Could be a Regal. Because of the stenciling, maybe a Kay, or Stella, or even an early Harmony, but any way you look at it it's a roaring howling blues piece. Posted with
