Dating from the 1890s, this great piece features an oak lift seat, bevel glass mirror, ... moreand shapely cast metal hooks, in a dark oak stain. This hall tree was refinished by the previous owner, and they did a really nice job. They strengthened the back of the mirror with support sticks as shown in the photos, too. It is tight and sturdy, scroll front legs, lift top seat, applied carving on the base and shapely mirror top. The overall size is 36 inches wide on the outside of the arms, 29 inches wide on the inside of the arms, 17 inches deep, 18 inches high to the seat, 28 inches high to the arms and the overall height is 84 inches. The carved crest on top is beautiful with carvings in each corner with molding going across. It sits upon a backsplash with a most unusual oval tiger sawn panel below the panel. It has carving that adorns the lift top seat. The seat opens to reveal a storage space for your mittens, gloves or hats. It has the original arms. Vintage Industrail Hat Rack/Hall Tree
Vintage industrial hall tree hat/coat rack. It is 5 feet 7 inches tall the base is 1 foot 9 inches by 1 foot 9 inches. All made from steel and painted gray. I do not know who the maker is. Unmarked. Is in great shape just some scratches in the paint from usage and some surface rust. But no dents or missing parts. Has four hooks on the top. Three out of the four hooks have clear plastic balls at the end of the hooks. The other one has steel balls at the ends. Not sure why, I think one was a replacement or maybe the three were replacements and it originally came with the steel ball hooks. But over all dose have a nice vintage industrial look to it. Very unique umbrella stand/ hat rack. Purchased from an estate sale- the only thing I know is the estate belonged to a WWII War Bride from France. Most of her furniture was from France and Germany. This particular piece does not have a makers mark. But it is obviously very old. It does have wear, a couple of small cracks and is slightly loose. The bottom is iron and the removable tray is also handmade. I tried to show this in one of the pictures- you can see where the bottom edges have been folded over when it was made. Turn Of The Century Mission Style Oak/Chestnut Wood? Coat Rack(SEE ALL 12-PHOTOS) Nice overall condition with no structural issues. A nicely age appearance with no cracks. Chips or gouges. NOTE: One of the steel hooks looks to have been replaced at some point in the past(SEE PHOTOS#7 and#8) The hook is exactly the same as the other three. But the"ware/patina" is not at the point of the other hooks. Other than that, there's just your typical 100 years of"general ware" I can not tell for certain what wood is used. I believe it's either oak or chestnut. Measures 70" tall overall. The post is 2-1/2" x 2-1/4" and the base(leg width) measures 23-1/2" across. The steel hooks measure 6" long and stick out 3-5/8 inches. Unit weight: 14 lbs. 5 ozs.

Antique/Vintage Wonderfully Detailed Wooden Hall Tree
You are looking at a Wonderfully Detailed Arts& Craft or Mission Style Wooden Hall Tree. This fabulous Hall Tree is 5'5" tall and 22 inches wide at the base& is structurally in excellent condition. There are four brass or bronze hooks- one on each of the four sides. Each hook has two parts. So technically there are eight places to hang your hats. Umbrellas, or coats. The larger hooks are quite detailed in the Arts and Crafts design style. Just below the hooks are two areas having knots in the wood- where branches had once been a part of the tree this wood came from. I have taken pictures of these areas please look at them carefully. The finish at the top of the piece is showing some mottling of the stain. At the base there is some chipping or rubbing of the stain and the original wood color is showing through. Which is commensurate ... moreof a piece of this age. The base of this Hall Tree is well made. There are several pieces of wood forming the base structure. Unique Diagonal Vintage Oak Hall Tree w/Mirror & Coat/Hat Hooks -1900-1940's
This item is a wonderful Vintage(Antique) Mirror and Coat-hat Hanger combination. It is made from quartersawn oak. The frame is in excellent condition structurally. It has two double hooks on opposite sides. The mirror is intended to hang in a triangular fashion. There are two hanging wires on the back. One is a small wire hook located at the top. The other is a heavier gauge wire located on opposite sides to again hang in a triangular fashion. Please see pics. The back of the wood frame has multiple holes in the corners, my guess is they are from different times it has been hung. The front of the piece is in excellent condition, the wood has been stained, but it is done well. The two hooks are beautifully detailed and well preserved. There is no rust or disintegration of the metal. The mirror is showing its age. The corners/edges have some ... moredamage to the silver. Additionally there are brushstrokes that can be seen in the mirror from when the silver was originally applied. The mirror is beveled about 1 inch from its edge. The mirror is a bit loose inside the frame. When moved the mirror shifts within the frame about a half an inch. Once it is hung this is not an issue. However, this would be easy to stabilize by using a small wedge inserted in the side of the mirror. I am referring to this mirror as a vintage piece, it may well be much older but I do not claim to know the age. The mirror frame measures 20 inches square at its widest point. The hooks are about 4 inches in length and are out from the frame a little less than 3 inches. This beautiful Mirror- Hanger combo weighs approximately 6 lbs. 8 oz. This Quartersawn Oak Mirror would make a wonderful addition to your home. I have more pictures available if you would like me to send them to you. Antique Vintage Cherry wood Hall Tree Coat Rack with nice size Mirror and two Shelves. Place for your Umbrella's to sit on either side. Beautiful cherry wood looking hall tree. I'm no expert on wood so I cannot guarantee this is cherry wood. Sure does look like Cherry wood. Hall tree is a nice size, not to big and not to small. Has to shelved erea's to where keys or personal items could be laid when entering the home. Has two solid brass hooks to hang your coats or hats. There's enough room where more hooks could be placed. Condition is good with some scuffs and scratches. The two shelf boards look to have been replaced at some time but match very well. Shelve boards can be removed if desired.
