Antique 4 Hook Cast Iron Wall Coat Hat Rack Railroad RR Depot School Rustic Oak
Antique oak coat rack with 4 cast iron coat hooks. This coat rack has its original finish and original wood dowels threaded through the cast iron hooks. All four hooks are secured tightly to the oak board. The rack measures 25 1/2' X 3 1/4' The hooks protrude 6 3/4' from the rack. The top wood dowel is split at the end while the bottom dowel goes the entire length of the rack. There are several light spots on the wood and 4 total holes in the oak where the rack was secured to the wall. Please ask any questions you may have before purchasing. No returns accepted. Antique Arts& Crafts Mission Era Coat Tree/Rack: Quarter Sawn Oak with 4 Brass Double Hooks This is an antique. Original Arts& Crafts coat rack from the early 1900's. It has its original finish. Three of the four hooks are original(one is slightly different than the others) Size: Height 71" Base 21" x 21" x 4.5" tall. There are three wood pieces: cross base is one piece then a small square piece has a cross cut out of the bottom so it sits perfectly on the base. The middle post has a long metal threaded post on the bottom which runs through the square base and feet then is secured with a washer and nut. All wood pieces fit very tight and securely together. Antique Carved Oak Victorian Louis F. Nonnast Coat Rack w/ Oval Beveled Mirror
This is an absolutely stunning rare Victorian wall mirror that doubles as a coat or hat rack. It is in beautiful condition; the wood and finish are excellent; the wood is oak and it is finished in a rich red mahogany color. The mirror is beveled and in very good condition with some minor light spotting in areas. The coat hooks seem to be cast iron with a gold finish and are all excellent. There are beautifully carved accents all the way around the mirror. There is one small wooden scroll applique missing behind the lower right hook. It's not obvious at all; I did notice it when closely inspected. But the coat hook hides it well and the piece that is missing was very small. There is a stamp on the back that says Lous F. Nonnast, Chicago ILL, and it is numbered 56. There is a strong wire attached to two screw eyes on the back for wall hanging. ... moreThe bolts that hold the hooks on stick out a little on the back and might need to be cut or capped to ensure that they do not damage your wall when hung. 1886 Antique Oak Wall Criss Cross Mission-Style Hat & Coat Rack
This is an antique coat. Glove and hat rack. It is stamped on the back and carved into the wood on the back"MAR 31, 1885& SEPT 14, 1886" It is approximately 32" wide, 20" high and 9" deep. I think that the wood is oak. It is in good condition for its age. The metal brackets are intact and have just a little surface rust. The mirror is foggy due to age and the material that it is made of. There are hooks attached to it for hanging. I love this item! It is very unusual. This item comes from a smoke/pet free home. Unusual and lovely find. Antique wall coat and hat rack. It is an original. And not very common; even the single ones are becoming rare. Beautiful. Long, iron stylized hooks on the top tier; I believe these were for gentlemen's hats. Large in size- 33" long- a real show piece. The wood is oak and as the original finish on it. The hooks can be folded over out of the way when not in use. There originally were 5 long on the top. But one must have been lost, so a bottom one was moved up. I did not notice at first, and then thought it was for a corner wall, but no, there is one missing from the bottom. Rack is approximately 33 by 7" wide in measurements. A very special original home decor item. When attaching to wall. It needs 2 sets of hooks on each wooden tier for security. Thank you. See pictures for further detail.
