It is about 82-3/4" tall, 24 to 26" wide(at different levels) and 15" deep. The Beveled Mirror is about 17 1/4" wide and 35" high and in very good condition for its age. There are 6 Coat, Cap Hooks, the two on top are Butterfly Hooks( unusual& rare) see picture 5, I have never seen these before or after we got this one) I don't know if they were on the Hall Tree from day one or if someone added them later, they are old and they compliment the attractive decorative carvings on top, plus they do match the cutout pattern above the seat perfectly.see picture 3) The Bench Seat has storage space under the lid. Hammer marks abound throughout the sturdy construction(weight, approximately 65 lbs. Unsigned. Circa 1925. Two of the leaves among those constituting the surround to the naturalistic rose at the top of the elliptical element below the mirror have recently been repaired. That is, the iron element representing a plant stem(approximately 1/8" diameter) with the leaves attached to it, was cleanly broken at its original weld point(i.e. basally) some years ago, and is now expertly repaired(re-welded, by a professional ironworker) The piece is 4" long, and both it and its point of attachment on the larger whole are without loss. This re-weld matches the others on the piece as regards size, shape and color. The hat hook on the far left and that on the far right are slightly loose. That is, they swivel on the rods that attach them to the frame. The mirror, held by four metal tabs on the back(one on each side) is not original; a small piece(approximately 1/2" square) of glass is missing in the upper right corner, though the mirror is covered around its edges by the wrought iron, and the missing piece is scarcely noticeable. Antique Hall Tree Coat Rack Victorian Edwardian Oak Original Hardware & Mirror
Here's a FANTASTIC antique hall tree/ coat rack/ seat bench from the late Victorian or early Edwardian period. I'd say it was made c1890s to c1910. It's in EXCELLENT condition with it's original hardware. Finish and handsome beveled class mirror. The seat lifts for a storage area, however the bottom section within is mission and can easily be replaced for resumed use and not be at all visible either way unless one lifts up the seat. If this were for sale at an antiques store it would easily be priced over $450 to $550 and is worth every bit of that. It came from an old New England home. This auction features a fabulous Antique oak hall tree mirror with original beveled glass and original matching hardware. The finish is in excellent condition and the hardware is original to the mirror and it all matches. It has a beaded border around the mirror and a decorative accent around the edge of the entire mirror. A nice piece to hang in a bathroom or for that matter. Anywhere in the house. The mirror measures 22 wide, 26.5 tall. For accuracy purposes, the mirror does have a faint bit of clouding which would be normal given the age which I would estimate circa 1900. Antique Tiger Oak Hall Tree Beveled Mirror Early 1900s Original Hooks Large
Presenting an antique tiger oak hall tree with beveled mirror and original cast iron double hooks. Beautiful curves and details. It is large standing 84" tall. 33" wide, and 16" deep. The coat hooks have a vine design and the mirror is marked on back"1909" Overall condition is good. The mirror has several spots of wear. There is one damaged place on right bottom edge(photo#8) And the bench is missing. I like to fill the"seat" with potted seasonal flowers. This special antique stood in my family's front hall for decades. It was appraised at $1000 before the small area of damage. It's a wonderful estate piece. Please email any questions you may have. Unique Diagonal Vintage Dark Oak Hall Tree: Mirror & Coat/Hat Hooks -1900-1940's
This item is a wonderful Vintage(Antique) Mirror and Coat-hat Hanger combination. It is made from quartersawn oak. The frame is in excellent condition structurally. It has two double hooks on opposite sides. The mirror is intended to hang in a triangular fashion. There are two hanging wires on the back. One is a small wire hook located at the top. The other is a heavier gauge wire located on opposite sides to again hang in a triangular fashion. Please see pics. The back of the wood frame has multiple holes in the corners, my guess is they are from different times it has been hung. The front of the piece is in excellent condition, the wood has been stained, but it is done well. The two hooks are beautifully detailed and well preserved. There is no rust or disintegration of the metal. The mirror is showing its age. The corners/edges have some ... moredamage to the silver. Additionally there are brushstrokes that can be seen in the mirror from when the silver was originally applied. The mirror is beveled about 1 inch from its edge. The mirror is a bit loose inside the frame. When moved the mirror shifts within the frame about a half an inch. Once it is hung this is not an issue. However, this would be easy to stabilize by using a small wedge inserted in the side of the mirror. I am referring to this mirror as a vintage piece, it may well be much older but I do not claim to know the age. The mirror frame measures 20 inches square at its widest point. The hooks are about 4 inches in length and are out from the frame a little less than 3 inches. This beautiful Mirror- Hanger combo weighs approximately 6 lbs. 8 oz. This Quartersawn Oak Mirror would make a wonderful addition to your home. I have more pictures available if you would like me to send them to you. This beautiful hall tree has been in one family for the last 30 years. At 24" wide. And 74" tall, it is narrow and perfect for just the right spot. Classic Mission style, or Stickley"like" but has no markings or manufacturer information. The mirror is in great condition, there is a cubby with hinged lid for keys, shoehorns, hatpins, etc. Originally there were six had hooks, but the current owner preferred using just four. There is a carved lions head to the center drawer which is a glove box.Either side of the top there are carved scenes with people in there, there is a top which comes off which is also heavily carved. This is a rare and beautiful quarter sawn tiger oak mirror with original hat hooks. And in very good original condition considering the age. Original mirror, beveled glass, Overall dimensions 28" tall by 36-1/2" Wide; the mirrored area is 23-1/2" wide x 19" tall. Some of the silvering is gone from the back of the plate glass that is the actual mirror itself and you can see dark blotches in the back. Typical of an 1800's piece. There are also a few imperfections in the mirror glass, a sign that the glass itself is original. There are also a few marks from wear on the wood and glass, which you would also expect from a mirror of this age. This is an antique hook from an old mirror or hall tree. This hook is cast iron with an ornate pattern that includes a roaring lion's head and fancy beaded edge. It is 7 3/4 inches wide and 5 7/8 inches tall. Some of the original copper flash finish has worn off. And there is a small amount of light rust where the finish is missing. The threaded part of the bolt on the back is 2 3/4 inches long. The nut screws onto the threads without problems. This is a very attractive antique hook.

Each of the hooks is stamped with a patent date of 1908. There is a lift-top storage area at the bottom of the hall tree. It is in good antique condition with normal wear and tear but no major problems. There are some dings and imperfections found commonly on antique furniture.
