It is about 82-3/4" tall, 24 to 26" wide(at different levels) and 15" deep. The Beveled Mirror is about 17 1/4" wide and 35" high and in very good condition for its age. There are 6 Coat, Cap Hooks, the two on top are Butterfly Hooks( unusual& rare) see picture 5, I have never seen these before or after we got this one) I don't know if they were on the Hall Tree from day one or if someone added them later, they are old and they compliment the attractive decorative carvings on top, plus they do match the cutout pattern above the seat perfectly.see picture 3) The Bench Seat has storage space under the lid. We are offering this excellent Federal style mirror from the late 1890's. It is a stately 6 foot 3 inches long. This can be shipped by UPS or picked up. At my home, in NY 10956. We have an SUV so this can be delivered. To your home, if less than 30 miles from 10956, NY. A hall. mantle or pier mirror of figured flame mahogany on maple measuring an impressive 75" X 19" X 2" thick. It weighs 44 pounds unpacked and 59 pounds well crated for safe shipping. The 3” wide by 2" thick, Federal style, Ogee frame contains the original beveled glass that is in superb condition. This has been in our family since the 1920's. And was surely made decades earlier. Obviously, it has been well cared for and is quite useable for many more generations. It is simply too large for our current downsizing needs and we regretfully must part ... morewith it. We were told, by our grandparents, that this frame was part of a larger piece that was in our old family home in Pennsylvania. We cannot imagine what that piece must have measured as this mirror is over six feet. The solid and sturdy wood frame is in exemplary condition without any cracks or chips and all 4 corners are undamaged. Which is unusual and desirable for a piece this age. The fine beveled glass and silvering is excellent and this clear unfoged mirror is totally useable. We removed the thin wood sheet backing to photograph the glass back and frame, then replaced the backing. There are no company names on this frame just two small initials"CL" stamped into the exterior frame top. Hanging this vertically is easy with the old. Original, hook that goes through the frame's top. Hanging horizontally is done with 2 screws into the wall studs which is the method shown in the gallery photo of my home. Can also be simply stood on end without hanging on the wall. This fine piece was hung on our stairway landing for some 40 years. Very handy for a full length look on the way out of the house. Congratulations! You are bidding on a magnificent antique Victorian 1890's Hall seat/tree with bevelled mirror. This one-of-a-kind hall seat is made of solid oak with quarter sawn arms that end in hand carved lions' heads. It has claw feet and decorative carvings on the curved skirt and mirror surround. It has four decorative metal brackets for hanging hats around the mirror. It also has a deep storage seat. Quite frankly. It has the look and feel of a throne! It has been restored with an oak stain and satin polyeurothane finish in order to stand up to the rigors of daily use. It does have one area where the wood panels have separated slightly in the middle of the back of the seat(see pics) but it in no way takes away from the overall look of the piece. The mirror is oval and is a little cloudy but still very clear. The hooks are a antique brass finish with white porcelain knobs. The wood is a dark pine which has been distressed and has a couple of nicks. It is in very good condition for its age. For shipping the hooks will be removed. This is a fantastic antique hall mirror hat rack with three large curvy double hooks. The frame has been refinished in mahogany and is in excellent condition. The mirror is beveled. Has no cracks or chips, but has some streakiness and cloudiness throughout due to age. There is a newer cardboard backing and two hangers attached to the back for wall hanging. Excellent Shabby Antique Ivory Wooden Framed Beveled Hall Wall Mirror
This is an excellent charming antique wall mirror with a very old coat of ivory paint that has a crackle appearance because of its age. The frame is wooden and very sturdy and the glass is thick. Heavy, and beveled all the way around. There is some cloudiness and streakiness from age, but overall, the mirror looks very good. There are no chips or cracks. This is perfectly useable and hangable and has a look that is very versatile; use it as-is or add something to it(antique hat hooks perhaps) There are two screw eyes and a chain attached to the back for hanging, but I'm not sure if the chain is strong enough to hold up the mirror and would consider upgrading to a heavy wire. Up for your consideration is an antique Victorian style Eastlake entry hall mirror measuring 26 3/4" tall x 17" wide. Beautiful light colored engraved accents around mirror as usual on Eastland pieces. It is marked on the back 13 x22 in black. I don't know what this means. It has the antique wood patina as you can see and tiny flat head nails. As you can see there is some wear to wood color and a crack on the right side going down and there is some silver loss on the bottom. The wood can be easily stained and wood split re-glued as the crack is very thin. Other than what I have mentioned. I find nothing else wrong. If nice a original period piece. This item is a great old. Original celluloid pocket mirror advertising the $30,000 financing of Odessa's Community Hall Building that was completed in time for a dance on New Year's Eve 1920. Odessa is a great small farming town in Eastern Washington State. The front of the mirror is in very good condition- no cracks or stains- some light, age related surface wear. The mirror itself is age foggy but not cracked. The orange line in the photo of mirror is a reflection. It measures approx 2 1/8" in diameter. You will be pleased with this item. Check my feedbacks. Vintage J. A. Olson Company hall mirror with table. Beveled mirror stands 65.5" tall by 25.5" wide. Table stands 13 3/4" tall and is 31 1/8" wide by 13" deep. Top quality gold-gilded solid wood construction. Marble tabletop is cultured but beautiful. Very nice piece from the mid 1950's. We had the mirror sitting on top of table. But the mirror was designed to be be wall-mounted above the table and is gorgeous when set up. Beveled glass is in perfect condition; no pitting or silver loss.
