An EAPG Pedestal Cake Stand. Measures 10" in diameter and about 6" in height. It's very heavy and the pictures don't do it justice. CONDITION: In nice shape. The underside edge and seam of the plate have a bunch of rough sections-these look like manufacturing flaws. Because the teeth don't quite match up(see photo 5 for an idea) There are also a few small chips and fleabites along those edges. A fleabite on one of the raised designs on the base. All damage is minor. I purchase all of my items at auctions. Estate sales and flea markets so cannot be sure of their history or whether they've come from smoke-free or pet-free homes. This is hallmarked with the lion passant sterling silver mark, the leopards head town mark for London, the date letter is'Q' for 1891, and the makers mark is'S.J' overstriking another) probably Samuel Jacob. nice old paper mache wall shelf for a small curio or small candle it is 17 inch high and 15 across. the shelf folds up flat. it has a couple of flaws that were old repaired. one at top that is a crack that was rather filled and painted there are 2 other hair line cracks in lacquer I show in close up and then on the very bottom another point that was at some time painted very bottom point. it is old so do not expect perfect like pier one on a good day. It is not all crazed but actually for paper mache in pretty nice condition. email any questions. the flowers are hand done in I believe oil paints.

The body of each piece is embellished with a band of bright cut engraved decoration in an unusual'fluid' design. There is a band of Greek key style bright cut engraved decoration to the rim of the lid and finial of the tea pot. The foot of each piece is also encircled with a band of Greek key style bright cut engraved decoration. As is the interior surface of the tea pot stand. The rim of each piece of this antique tea set ... moreis further embellished with a gadroon decorated border. The antique tea pot features a plain angular handle and a plain swan necked spout. This is an absolutely gorgeous LARGE ANTIQUE Cut Glass Bowl with a Silvered Brass stand! It measures approx. 12 1/2 inches in length by 6 3/4 inches in width at the top of the bowl and approx 4 inches deep. The Cut Glass itself weighs just over 3lbs 8oz& with the Silvered Brass Stand it weighs a total of 5lbs(5lbs.08oz on my scale) We believe it to be French because we saw one very very similar sell on Ebay about 6 or 7 months ago with almost the exact stand actually sell for right around what we are asking. Antique Victorian Oak Purdonium or Coal Scuttle Stand with Mirror c. Late 1800's
Uncommon antique Victorian purdonium or coal scuttle stand. Beautifully grained oak stand with a small mirror with bevelled edges. Piece is on castors and has handles on the side to allow it to be moved easily. Tilting storage area looks like it has a tin lining for storing coal. The front has a beautiful design of scrollwork and garlands. Elaborately curved sides lead from the top of the cabinet up to a miniature bonnet top with scrolled sides and a flower in the middle. These pieces are more common in the U.K. But rarely seen here in the U.S. Most likely dates from the late 1800's or very early 1900's. Overall. The stand is in very good condition. There is a very small amount of seperation on the sides where the two boards join. See pictures. The tin lining is also worn and a little beaten up, probably from use. I tested thi s with a hot needle and the needle did NOT sink into the bottom of the carving.This piece is NOT made of resin. I t looks quite old and the wood ha s a nice patina. I did not atte mpt to clean this piece in any manner. The edge s of the stand have some minor sc rapping. But you should view the photos carefully to judge overall condition for yourself. Superb Antique mid c19th Five Glass Cased Sailing Ship on Three Drawer Stand
A wonderful 19th century model ship within a five glass display case on three drawers. Wooden framed case with original rippled c19th glass panels. Three very solid small scale drawers still numbered on the bottom board with their order of sequence in the stand(although they are all the same size and are interchangeable) Beautiful hand made model boat with full rigging. Sails and neat little details such as pulleys and chains on deck. A deep see going vessel I believe. But more than that I could not say. Nicely hand painted and complete with a small tender, which has somewhat unhelpfully for the crew come adrift and is free'floating' withing the case. The case is in generally good order. Some minor bubbling to the varnish in the base of the case at sea level. And some crazing to the varnish on the stand. The pedals in the flowers are quite thick(stack 2 to 3 pennies on top of each other) and the leaves are approx the depth of 1 penny on one end and and more than 1 penny depth on the leaf that grows from the tree. Primitive Antique Tabletop Doll Oak Wood Clothes Drying Rack Stand
Up for auction is an antique wood clothes line stand for doll clothes. I believe it all to be made out of oak. And it is solid. The rack is in very good condition for its age. The string that is on the rack needs to be replaced as it is cut in a few spots and may be getting dry rot. I don't know how the arms would lock into place and I haven't tried to force it. It is 15" tall and the arms stretch out to about 20" The base legs are 12" from end to end. Great primitive piece. This will be disassembled for shipping.
