There are some light surface scratches on the finish, but this is normal wear for a piece that most likely dates to the 1910’s or early ‘20s. The stand has the original hardware coat hooks on it. It has an oval beveled mirror at the top center, and one small compartment, or glove box, with a hinged lid between the side braces that were meant to hold umbrellas. The piece has some lightly carved detail around the top molding and turned legs on the front. The bottom of the glove box is split from age, but it is still functional.

Raised panels of burl walnut, carved rosettes, incised carvings, the original mirrors and the original recessed beveled edge marble top, with shaped walnut display shelves flanking the center mirror. Truly a grand statement piece you would be proud to showcase in your home. This fabulous étagère measures 105 1/2 inches( 8' 9 1/2" in total height. Height to the marble at the base is 29 3/4 inches, with a total width of 54 inches and total depth at the base of 19 inches and this étagère weighs approximately 250 lbs total but does dis-assemble into 3 pieces for easier handling during shipping and moving. The original mirror at the center measures 46 3/4 inches in height by 22 1/2 inches wide. This Victorian étagère is in fantastic antique condition. The original mirrors do show some mild spidering silver loss as common with old mirrors. And the original white beveled edge recessed marble top has no chips or cracks but does have some mild discoloration as age appropriate. There is also a small age shrinkage area to the wood by the bottom mirror on the right side see picture of close-up, and a piece of burl veneer missing on the left side towards the back; see close up picture. Neither of these affects the integrity or beauty this elegant piece offers. The locks are intact on the drawer and the cabinet below but the key provided just aids in opening the drawer and the cabinet. I'm no expert but it favors tiger oak.This piece came from a western North Carolina farm house.It's very sturdy with brass coat rack and hat hangers. It has a beautiful beveled mirror in great shape as well.It also had a brass umbrella ring. It has beautiful detailing. It only has some wood separation on the seat but not bad still vey sturdy. For your consideration is this Very Nice Antique Oak Entry Hall Tree. I have been told it dates back to the late 1800s. But i am not sure, could be the early 1900s?There are no markings on it that i can see. The Hall Tree is in excellent condition, is very solid, and has a nice aged Patina look. It is about 82-3/4" tall, 24 to 26" wide(at different levels) and 15" deep. The Beveled Mirror is about 17 1/4" wide and 35" high and in very good condition for its age. There are 6 Coat, Cap Hooks, the two on top are Butterfly Hooks( unusual& rare) see picture 5, I have never seen these before or after we got this one) I don't know if they were on the Hall Tree from day one or if someone added them later, they are old and they compliment the attractive decorative carvings on top, plus they do match the cutout pattern ... moreabove the seat perfectly.see picture 3) The Bench Seat has storage space under the lid. Here's a FANTASTIC antique hall tree/ coat rack/ seat bench from the late Victorian or early Edwardian period. I'd say it was made c1890s to c1910. It's in EXCELLENT condition with it's original hardware. Finish and handsome beveled class mirror. The seat lifts for a storage area, however the bottom section within is mission and can easily be replaced for resumed use and not be at all visible either way unless one lifts up the seat. If this were for sale at an antiques store it would easily be priced over $450 to $550 and is worth every bit of that. It came from an old New England home. This auction features a fabulous Antique oak hall tree mirror with original beveled glass and original matching hardware. The finish is in excellent condition and the hardware is original to the mirror and it all matches. It has a beaded border around the mirror and a decorative accent around the edge of the entire mirror. A nice piece to hang in a bathroom or for that matter. Anywhere in the house. The mirror measures 22 wide, 26.5 tall. For accuracy purposes, the mirror does have a faint bit of clouding which would be normal given the age which I would estimate circa 1900. Presenting an antique tiger oak hall tree with beveled mirror and original cast iron double hooks. Beautiful curves and details. It is large standing 84" tall. 33" wide, and 16" deep. The coat hooks have a vine design and the mirror is marked on back"1909" Overall condition is good. The mirror has several spots of wear. There is one damaged place on right bottom edge(photo#8) And the bench is missing. I like to fill the"seat" with potted seasonal flowers. This special antique stood in my family's front hall for decades. It was appraised at $1000 before the small area of damage. It's a wonderful estate piece. Please email any questions you may have. The round beveled mirror measures 19" across and has some very minor flaws as expected in a piece of this age, mirror appears to be original. We believe this hall tree to be early 1900's. This is an antique hook from an old mirror or hall tree. This hook is cast iron with an ornate pattern that includes a roaring lion's head and fancy beaded edge. It is 7 3/4 inches wide and 5 7/8 inches tall. Some of the original copper flash finish has worn off. And there is a small amount of light rust where the finish is missing. The threaded part of the bolt on the back is 2 3/4 inches long. The nut screws onto the threads without problems. This is a very attractive antique hook.

Each of the hooks is stamped with a patent date of 1908. There is a lift-top storage area at the bottom of the hall tree. It is in good antique condition with normal wear and tear but no major problems. There are some dings and imperfections found commonly on antique furniture. Both the mirrors are beveled and have been replaced. The front has the original marble which is detachable. There are two decorative finials on the top. A small shelf beneath the marble top surface, and the base has a stick and ball design around the bottom. Size is about 6 feet tall and 30" wide.
