The original huge beveled mirror is in excellent condition.the turned posts which are the basis for the mirror frame and the entire top of the piece. The umbrella pans are original and instead of being"hole" when one pulls these out.there are actually finished specific areas for the pans. Pretty neat. Secondary wd appears to be all oak and the hardware is all original except for two replaced screws. Well it's beautiful old and I have gotten word from a man in the know this is a very old pool ball shelf. It's so nice I would use it just as wall art. It has been wired on back so it may be hung. A hole is threw the#7 I believe it was where it had been attached to a wall back when. Measures approx 25" across top crown by 33" tall. It's in overall nice vintage condition with normal aging use. The top corners on either side of the crown molding need to be reglued. Not broken just loose but stable around that area. Offered for sale is a very nice antique mission oak Arts and Cafts era hall tree or coat rack hat stand. It is a high quality. The hooks are orignal and are wrought iron. No broken or missing hooks. It stands around 74 inches tall and makes a 18.5 inch footprint at the bottom. It weighs around 13 pounds. It is in very good conditon. Some small abrasions. Chips, etc which I have shown in the pictures. There is some white paint rub on the top point, which should come of easily with some extra fine steel wool. In order to keep shipping costs dowm. the base will be disassembled from the pole. I will also remove the hooks as antique wrought iron tends to be brittle and removing the hooks will lessen the possiblity of breakage during shipment. As you can see in the pictures. Ornate Antique Solid Brass Coat Hat Rack Hall Tree Stand
This looked too ornate and had too much potential to be scrapped as brass. This looks to be solid brass. They don't make them like this any more. Weighs roughly 12 lbs and is roughly 73.5 inches tall(6'1.5" Some of the screws have broken off and need to be extracted. One screw remains that can be used to match new screws. Please see pictures. A great project for someone. The scrap price for brass is roughly $2 a lbs so the opening bid is set to $24 which would be the scrap price for this brass coat stand. I hope this is bought and not sent for scrap.

Sturdy old coat/ hat rack Stands 70" tall The bottom measures 19-3/4" x 19-3/4" and the pole measures 1-3/4" all the way around. There are ONLY 3 top large hooks. There are 4 bottom smaller hooks. Condition: lots of wear- it is NOT perfect by any means. Included in this auction is a wonderful antique mission or arts and crafts coat rack hall tree in excellent condition. It measures about 72 1/2 inches tall and has a 23 inch base. There is some rust. Discoloration and corrosion on the metal hooks at the top that can be cleaned off. The finish has that alligator texture all over. There are a few areas of discoloration that are visible in the pictures. This coat rack features 4 beautiful. Ornate hooks on the top. The 2 lower hooks are more simple. There are small nails on 2 of the feet where they may have been repaired but I don't see any damage or reason for a repair. There are 4 separate wood pads for the feet. One of the pads has some termite damage. I would prefer local pickup only but I will take this to a professional packer if the buyer makes and pays for all the arrangements. Small Vtg Antique Victorian Wood Cast iron metal Coat Rack Hall Tree stand Perfect Apartment size! Great looking smaller size hall tree for corner in the foyer. Mud room, apartment size when room size is limited. Strong and sturdy for size, we hung a large heavy leather coat on one side and was very stable. Has varnish loss and scuffs and scratches, one hook is broke, easy to replace if need be. All hardware will be removed and screws will be put back into there original holes, legs removed as well. Offered for auction is this beautiful Victorian era hat rack mirror. It is in very good condition and has its original and very ornate hardware. Hooks. It also has hardware for easy hanging. Beveled port hole style mirror is in very good condition with no cracks or chips. Mirror itself does have a couple of small dark spots from the silvering deteriorating, overall it is still very clear. Solid oak frame is very well made and heavy. Great piece of Victorian craftsmanship. When I ship this I will be taking the hat hooks off and shipping them in a seperate box. I think it will be safer that way. Doing research I found evidence that this company existed between 1901- 1929. It stands 68" tall with a 1.625" square shaft and 21" long crossing stand. There is a large 6" tall copper over brass double hook on each side of the shaft. The base is connected to the shaft with a solid steel hex screw. The original manufacturer's tag is still attached to one of the base crosspieces. To ship this I will remove the hooks and base from the shaft and pack them together. It is set with a large. Beveled glass mirror, 4 solid brass hooks& patterned, green stained glass inserts. The rack has steel hangers, hand planed wood backing to mirror& a shelf on the upper front. It measures 33 1/2" L x 19 1/2" H& weighs shy of 16 lbs. There are no issues to report save for a few age mars to silvering on mirror well within that consistent with age. Smoke free home. This is a genuine old one with all hand carved detail in high relief. Because of its size it will stand out in even a large entry hall. It is made solid chestnut with walnut figures with everything finished very dark. The wrought iron hooks are solid and strong. The wood umbrella pan in the base is removable for convenient cleaning. There is are a few minor imperfections such as a crack in the right carved panel. A chip of wood missing from the peak of the mirror and, minor streaks in the mirror silvering(see photos) Overall this hall tree is in excellent antique condition.
