Instead of the typical lift up lid there is a large drawer at the bottom w. brass handle pull. on the left side behind column is an umbrella holder with original drip pan. The shaped beveled mirror is original, hence there are a few spots and streaks, but doesn't detract from the looks. Total width, including umbrella holder, is 39" depth is 18" height is 80-1/2" We have not refinished this hall tree, the finish appears to be original and is quite good, the piece is structurally strong as well. The small diamond shaped mirror at the top is spotted and streaked and a piec of molding around th mirror is missing. The small 1/2 moon mirror near the top is in great condition and the large beveled mirror is great with very slight haziness(it measures 39" H by 17-1/2" W) The marble shelf has some small flea bite chips along the edge and one larger chip on the back edge next to the wood(it is 8" by 14" There are no coat hooks and it does not appear to have ever had any. This hall tree was refinished by the previous owner, and they did a really nice job. They strengthened the back of the mirror with support sticks as shown in the photos, too. It is tight and sturdy, scroll front legs, lift top seat, applied carving on the base and shapely mirror top. The overall size is 36 inches wide on the outside of the arms, 29 inches wide on the inside of the arms, 17 inches deep, 18 inches high to the seat, 28 inches high to the arms and the overall height is 84 inches. Wonderful Victorian hall tree with elements of Eastlake style. This piece is made from beautiful dark walnut and has a central mirror with bevelled edges. The arched top and middle panel have quintessential spindle shapes above a scrolled. Tray-like shelf. A circular brass piece on the lowest shelf was likely intended for holding umbrellas. Four decorative brass hooks are fastened along the sides for hanging coats and have long threaded backs that allow them to be used to affix the hall tree to a wall for stability. Circa 1910 Antique Golden Oak Wood Frame Beveled Glass Hall Mirror w Hooks
This golden oak hall mirror is in very good condition.It has its original bevel glass mirror and hooks. It has a dark oxidized finish that can be lightened up by removing the old finish with varnish remover. The bottom piece of wood looks to have been added to the frame many years ago. The stain/finish on that piece of wood is more reddish in color. The wood can be removed or can be stripped and stain with a dark brown stain. I have no doubt that this mirror was once the top part of a hall seat. It was removed and hung on the wall as a decorative and functional piece of furniture. The frame measures 28" tall x 24" wide. Insurance included with the mailing cost.

Congratulations! You are bidding on a magnificent antique Victorian 1890's Hall seat/tree with bevelled mirror. This one-of-a-kind hall seat is made of solid oak with quarter sawn arms that end in hand carved lions' heads. It has claw feet and decorative carvings on the curved skirt and mirror surround. It has four decorative metal brackets for hanging hats around the mirror. It also has a deep storage seat. Quite frankly. It has the look and feel of a throne! It has been restored with an oak stain and satin polyeurothane finish in order to stand up to the rigors of daily use. Excellent Shabby Antique Ivory Wooden Framed Beveled Hall Wall Mirror
This is an excellent charming antique wall mirror with a very old coat of ivory paint that has a crackle appearance because of its age. The frame is wooden and very sturdy and the glass is thick. Heavy, and beveled all the way around. There is some cloudiness and streakiness from age, but overall, the mirror looks very good. There are no chips or cracks. This is perfectly useable and hangable and has a look that is very versatile; use it as-is or add something to it(antique hat hooks perhaps) There are two screw eyes and a chain attached to the back for hanging, but I'm not sure if the chain is strong enough to hold up the mirror and would consider upgrading to a heavy wire. Up for your consideration is an antique Victorian style Eastlake entry hall mirror measuring 26 3/4" tall x 17" wide. Beautiful light colored engraved accents around mirror as usual on Eastland pieces. It is marked on the back 13 x22 in black. I don't know what this means. It has the antique wood patina as you can see and tiny flat head nails. As you can see there is some wear to wood color and a crack on the right side going down and there is some silver loss on the bottom. The wood can be easily stained and wood split re-glued as the crack is very thin. Other than what I have mentioned. I find nothing else wrong. If nice a original period piece. Antique Oak Hall Tree Blue Woflhound Borzoi Tile Mirror Glove Box Drip Pans
Late aesthetic style oak hall tree. Measures 74" tall. 30" wide, 12" deep. Beveled mirror measures about 7"x10" Embellished with two blue ceramic tiles featuring a dog's head, perhaps a wolfhound. These are quite lovely, and in excellent condition. Unfortunately their backs are securely covered with wood, so unable to determine markings, if any. Measure about 7.5" square. Overall in very good condition, sturdy and firm. May have been stained with a darker stain at one time, for there are some nicks and missing bits on a few of the spindles, and the wood does not show as raw. There are some flaws. There is a crack in the bottom of the glove box; this does not show of course. The bottom shelf holding the drip pans has been replaced, and not with oak, but with something that appears to be walnut. It has been ... morestained to match, and is not terribly obtrusive, but it definitely is not original. The drip pans themselves each have a hole or two in them, could be repaired of course. Lovely old Ogee Mirror or frame found at an Estate Sale in Virginia in the 1980s. Maintained in my non-smoking home. This is the perfect size for over a small bathroom sink. In a hall by the coat tree to check your hat, or tucked anywhere. Actual size is approximately 18-3/4" x 22-3/8. The frame is deep, with three main parts. The mahogany veneer has lovely variations/flames. The piece can be used as a mirror. Or would be lovely as a frame for a period portrait. The frame is in lovely condition with only one small area of veneer loss. It came with a thick. Heavy mirror and a substantial solid wood back. The back was semi-secured, and when I removed the nails, I found an inscription, which is shown in one of the photos. The mirror has some slight(but age appropriate) silvering losses. 1800's antique cherry stick and ball hall mirror hat and coat rack philadelphia
for sale about the nicest stick and ball hall mirror. Hat, coat rack i have ever owned. it is presented in its original finish. i do not believe there is a piece missing anywhere and if there is any damage of any kind it is so small i have over looked it. at any rate, a wonderful cherry stick and ball hanging mirror with hat and coat hooks, 6 or them. the mirror is bad, however, it is original. if i sell it and the new owner wants me to remove the old silver and back the old glass with a new mirror i will do so for the cost of a new mirror. that would be less than 20 dollars, probably about 12.00. the mirror is 12 inches by 12 inches. the piece is 32 inches wide and 24 inches tall. it has a nicely carved crest at the top. all the fret work is perfect as far as i can tell. the very nice all brass hooks are 4 inches long and a couple have minor ... morebends in them, which could be corrected with little effort. the back over the mirror was a bit loose so i took it off so i could re nail it. in doing so, i discovered and newspaper which was the philadelphia ledger and was dated like 1884 i think, it should show in the picture i have listed. anyway, this paper was folded to keep the mirror from moving within the frame. i do not know if that was placed there when the piece was made and done so at a later date. at any rate, the mirror probably was made or originated in or about philadelphia. it is a fantastic piece, the pictures are terrible, it is 100 times nicer in person. it may be picked up at my home or shipped at buyers expense. i expect it will go usps for about 30 or 40.00. good luck

Antique Victorian Tiger Stripe Triangle 3 Hook Entry Wall Hall Mirror Hat Rack
This is a beautiful and unique triangular mirrored hat rack from right around the turn of the 20th century. The mirror is thick. In very good condition with no silver loss(just a few tiny black spots) and has hand scalloped edges. Each of the three mirror corners is covered with an elegant brass ormolu overlay. The brass corners are nailed down with small rounded top nails, but two of the nails have been replaced with newer, larger ones. The wooden frame is smooth and contoured with a nice tiger stripe finish. The finish is in good condition overall with some chips and scuffs, most of which have been touched up, as shown in the photos. There is still some visible chipping where one of the hooks meets the frame, and it could easily be touched after removing the hook. All three hooks look original. There is a replacement paper backing and a ... morethin hanging wire. The outer measurements of the frame are 26 3/4" W x 14" H. Antique Ornate Victorian Cast Iron Hook from old Hall Tree or Mirror, need bolt
This is a beautiful old cast iron hook with four places to hang items. This antique hook is large and decorated with stylized flowers and leaves. It is marked Pat Pend on the back for patent pending. It is about 4 1/2 inches tall and 4 7/8 inches wide. We think this was originally used on an old mirror or hall tree. On the back there is a threaded hole that is about 1/4 inch in diameter. You need a bolt for the threaded hole to attach them both to a frame. We do not have the bolt.

Antique Ornate Victorian Cast Iron Hooks from old Hall Tree or Mirror, need bolt
This is a pair of beautiful old cast iron hooks. These antique hooks are large and have an ornate pattern. Each hook is about 4 1/2 inches long. We think these were originally used on an old mirror or hall tree. One hook has a threaded hole that is about 1/8 inch in diameter. The other has a non-threaded hole and was held in place by the first hook. You need a bolt for the threaded hole to attach them both to a frame. We do not have the bolt.

antique hand mirror - beveled - sterling silver - Simpson, Hall, Miller & Co
Antique sterling silver hand mirror. Made by Simpson. Hall, Miller& Co- see hallmark photo) which was later bought by International Silver company in 1898. The top surface of the beveled glass mirror sits up higher than the rim and thus has scratches from being placed and slid mirror side down on dressers/vanities/tables over many decades, but the glass being higher than the rim also means that the scratches could be polished out without removing the mirror(see photo- due to refraction, the scratchs show up double and in places look like they extend to the beveled portion, but they are only on the top flat surface and about 1/2 as many as it appears in the photo) The outside of the handle and rim have some small dents that would be expected in a mirror that has seen long use, and the convex back has some small, shallow dents in the monogram ... morearea from being set down on that side(see photos) Scrolled monogram appears to be EHS

This auction is for a great old metal mirror. The frame is all metal. I am unsure of the age of this mirror. The metal work is very nice. The mirror measures 13 by 23 inches and the total piece is 17 by 34 inches. The mirror is quite heavy which leads me to believe it is old or very well made reproduction. It is in great shape. The mirror is perfect rectangle. I had to take the pictures angled due to the reflection. This is a nice sturdy heavy mirror. I would recommend a wall anchor when mounting on a wall.
