There is a gold interlaced trefoil and triangle symbol near ... moreeach end panel and a gold cross at the neck. It has a gold band and 2.5 inches of gold fringe at each end. The lining is a rich bronze colored satin. The maker's tag reads.J. Theodore Cuthbertson Philadelphia, PA" and has a small snap under the tag to attach to the alb or chasuble. The interlaced trefoil and triangle was a common symbol of Christian Trinity during the late Middle Ages in Europe. It is mitered and contoured at the neck for proper fit. The stole is 46 inches long from neck to each end. Almost 5 inches wide at the end and 2.5 inches wide at the neck. The stole is substantial weight and is of very good quality. It is appropriate for the Litergy during Ordinary Time. The stole is in very good condition ready to wear. We recommend all pre-owned vestments be cleaned before use. Ole Silk White Brocade Cope for Salvage
Here's a very old-likely 19th century-white silk brocade cope with red and gold panels and hood. The most serious problem with this cope is the white silk brocade. It has a number of splits and holes. The worst of them are just behind the huge tassel and in the center just above the lower hem. I really don't think that this is repairable. The collar to hem length is 49" So it is a relatively short cope. The cope has no clasps. It does have a large quantity of real gold metallic trim and a magnificent real silver metallic tassel. I have tried to provide a photo of all the issues.

Pair White Brocade Baroque Dalmatics with Maniples
Here is a really nice pair of Baroque dalmatics that are probably mid to late 19th century. For their age they are in really good condition. There are no splits or tears that I saw. I did see a few small spots. Probably from wax. All of the decorative purple areas( which have metallic highlights) have straight lines of stitching at about 1/4" intervals. If you look carefully, these can be seen in the photos, especially on the fronts of the dalmatics. This stitching was done before the dalmatics were assembled, so I think it is original. The set includes two matching maniples that are also in good condition.
