The estate took pretty good care of it and overall the pieces are in very good condition with some marks or nicks from wear but nothing major. The following flaws were found. There is wood missing on the back right corner of the two drawer cabinet/ desk. The desk should have 2 angle rods for support underneath, they are missing. The previous owner used two common angle brackets at the front underneath of the desk cabinet to secure them and it works fine. The replacement rods come up online for sale. There is an original key for the drop down cabinet. The three drawer cabinet's drawers all slide easily. None of the pins ... moreare missing and none of the shelves or cabinets have blowouts where the pieces hang in the back areas. All the hanging angle rods fit well and secure.
