Antq/Vntq 21 Mostly Cast Iron Water Faucet Valve Handles
Up for auction are 21 mostly antq/vntq cast iron water faucet/valve handles that I found at a farm sale. There are three that are non-magnetic and are probably aluminum. There are probably a few that are pressed iron. But the majority are cast iron. My favorite is the little six-sided star shaped handle that has the number 5380 embossed at the top and a T at the bottom. The sizes range from the largest with a diameter of 3 1/4" to the smallest of 1 3/4" Total weight is 4 lbs. These old well used valve handles are in over all good condition. Lot of 4 Antique Brass Valves Vintage Plumbing Spigot Water Steampunk Nathan
This is a nice mixed lot of four antique brass plumbing valves. The largest is a Sterling 3/4" straight stop valve with a bleeder drain. Next is a 1/2" quarter stop spigot valve(no name) Then a 1/2" screw stop hose bib(no name) Lastly a Nathan 3/8" x 1/4" 90 degree needle valve. All these valves have been cleaned(exterior) and turn easily. They have not been rebuilt with new seats or packing so I don't know if they would leak if put into service. Antique Solid Copper Toilet Tank with Lid Underneath the old white paint is an antique. Solid copper, wall mount toilet tank with original lid and porcelain(or milk glass) handle. Some internal parts are present as is the brass elbow fitting that threads onto the bottom. In fantastic condition for its age! There is an insignificant bend and a small crack on the top lip of the tank which cannot be seen under the lid and will not affect operation(see pic#11) Sturdy and solid, there are no dents, seams look good but the tank has not been tested, being sold as is. RARE! Vintage Major Heater MFG Co. New York. 110 Volt, 1.4 amp electric hot water heater. I think. But am not sure, this is an early instant hot water heater designed to be placed over a tap or faucet handle for instant hot water. I don't know if it was marketed for home use or industrial or what. Perhaps hospital or military? I was not able to find information on the device or the manufacturer, if anybody has more info, feel free to educate me. Regardless, this is a very neat piece, the cylinder looks to be milk glass, and the color label is in decent shape. This item is sold as is without return option. Antique / Vintage Standard Modernus toilet tank-- Purple Lavender color
Amazingly cool PURPLE/LAVENDER toilet tank and lid for a Standard"Modernus" toilet. This is from a two part. Rear-feed toilet. Unfortunately the bowl was broken during removal, so only the tank and lid are available. With the exception of one small chip on the upper right corner(see photos, mostly covered by the lid) the tank is perfect. Lid is flawless. I am also posting a matching pedestal sink and tub. The purple toilet, tub, and sink were absolute favs in our house but due to some remodel issues we had no choice but to replace them. Hoping someone else will appreciate the great character and find them a new home.Stamps on the tub, toilet, and sink indicate they were made in 1933.Local pick-up only in Montclair NJ. Up for auction we have this antique cast iron pump handle! Please study the photos as they are part of the item description! I do believe that this handle is from a pitcher pump. The smaller pumps that were inside the house before the advent of indoor running water. The overall length of the handle is 17 1/2 inches. The center of the mounting holes is roughly 3inches.The inside slot diameter of the handle section that fit onto the pump plunger is 7/16ths. wide. I believe the pump handle was originally painted red. I have done nothing to this handle other than a bath in soap and water. There is surface rust present and pitting present on the handle. Victorian Cup / Glass Holder for the Bathroom - Unusual and Quite Lovely
This unusual Victorian cup holder is one we've never seen before. It's quite solid and in great condition with no breaks or cracks. No repairs or dings. It has a brass or gold wash that's worn as you can see in the pictures but the base metal isn't aluminum- it's far too heavy for that. When mounted it comes 8.5" out from the wall& it's 6" across at it's widest point. Super nice for restoration purposes! See our photos.
