The red stone could be a natural gem stone– ruby, garnet, or it could be glass. It is anyway very attractive. this is a very old slide out tooth pick. It measures about 4cm long not including the hoops and 5.7cm long with the pick extended out. there is a purple stone on the end which makes this rarer than normal. although its not hallmarked it has been tested as 9ct gold, so i will guarantee this as 9ct gold, it weighs about 2.5 grams on my scales. ive also listed more old gold.
