This Figurine is about 9 1/8 inches long and about 4 7/ 8 inches high. The Little Finger on th e right hand is dam aged. As shown in the images, but it is my opinion that this would be an easy repair by a Professional. I also believe this is a Girl Piano Baby which are supposed to be a lot more hard to find. Vintage Italian Porcelain Urn with Lid and Plate Bianco - 8.25-9 inches high
This is an extraordinary urn of Italian porcelain. The base plate is stamped in what appears to be black ink. With very hard to read missing letters. Decipherable are two words Italy and Bianco. Perhaps the first line is AROA and a number series with perhaps a G followed by 5902. It is comprised of the lid, the urn and the base plate. Elegantly designed, the photos progress downward showing in photo 3 details of the lid that is 3.25 inches in diameter and standing a little over two inches high. The urn itself stands almost 7 inches high with a base diameter of nearly 4 inches. At its widest from tip to tip of the handles it is almost 7.5 inches. Photos 5 and 6 show each of the handles from the same side. The body of the bowl is ornately decorated and most impressively, a garland of roses, asters and leaves has been applied to each side, one ... moreside shown on Photo 6. The base plate has a diameter of 7.25 inches, and is rimmed with a one inch repeat of some of the pattern. The ensembele stands betweem 8.25-9 inches. The unusual feature of this urn is that I can find no missing chipped or cracked places on it.The base plate nay have tiny rim of scratches. The urn itself has a small lump of florist clay which I did not try to take out since I was wary of chipping the design. The shipping weight is 2-3 pounds and Ebay will calculate mailing cost based upon this. The handling charges are based on the charges for professional packing.
