It is quite tarnished ... moreinside and out and has been a garden'relic' for many years situated between pot plants in the yard. Partially under cover. The elderly lady who owned this item stated that it was approx. 70 years old. It has not been cleaned at all as you can see in the photos in fact it still has some garden dirt etc. attached. It weighs in at approx. 2lb. and measures approx. 8 inches high with the handle extended, and 5.25 inches high with handle folded down. It is approx. 5.5 inches in diameter. It has been well made, the handle folds down easily and smoothly, the lid fits very nicely and the overall shape is attractive. The inside is tarnished throughout and there is tarnish on the outside joins including the lid. It has a couple of dents and possibly scratches? under the dirty exterior. The biggest dent can be seen in photo#3. This item is being sold AS IS. What you see is what you get as described. Payment is accepted through PAYPAL ONLY. Oneida Silver Zodiac Astrological Calendar, Brass Antique, Year of the Horse
Beautiful. Unusual antique brass Zodiac-themed perpetual calendar by the historic Oneida company, which has its roots in the infamous religious commune founded in 1848 in upstate New York. Date of manufacture unknown, but it is stamped on the bottom with"Oneida Brass" and the company's insignia. In good vintage condition. The horse, the bull, the rooster and the fish are engraved at the corners of the plate and stars are scattered throughout. Calendar originally included two small pegs for marking the month and the date, but these are missing. Brass has some tarnishing/patina as you would expect of an antique item. A note before you bid: This is a used. Antique item. Though it is in good condition, please expect a normal amount of wear as you would any item that has seen decades of gentle use.

ANSON MILLS 1881 Hunting web belt with 30 shotshell loops and hooks. These belts were purchased from Winchester by the US Government for use by the US Army in 1882. They were sold with a US buckle. The ones with the stamped brass plate dog buckles were for hunting. Original. The stamp on the back of the buckle reads ANSON MILLS PAT. FEB. 1881 T.C. Orndorff Sole Manf. Worcester Mass. USA. In 1879. Anson Mills came up with cartridge belts and loops woven as a single item. While he was seeking military contracts for his belts, he also had a contract with Winchester starting about 1881 to sell them for the sporting market.

Antique BRASS PULLEY Metal Hanging Maritime Ship Solid Brass Nautical Decor
For your consideration we have an Antique Brass Nautical Pulley. It measures 6 1/2" long with a pulley width for a 1/2" piece of rope to seat in. The brass is no longer gold colored on most of this piece. It shows gold on the edges and higher friction areas but the majority of it has an old Patina.a darkened brown. The pin is iron or rusty steel. The only part of this that is not solid brass. No makers marks are present. The age is believed to be around 100 years old. No broken or missing parts. I have other fans listed and more on the way This is a great old fan with brass blades and it has 6 blades which is a bit unusual and the blades measure 16 inches across. It needs restored as you can see I have no idea if it works right now. I bought it just as you see it without the cord attached. These are really neat skates they are made of brass/wood/leather and steel. There are several markings and engravings. BLONDIN SKATE PATD OCT 22 1860. The skate blade themselves have a stamp DOUGLAS ROGERS CO STEEL TEMPERED MAR 17 1863. Condition. One has a rivet popped on a heel cup. Same skate has half of one upper leather strap missing and the middle strap connecter is missing. The other skate looks complete but they do have some scratching on brass/ oxidation on steel and brittleness on some sections of leather.
