I have a nice lot of old mortise lock strike plates for your consideration. There are a number of matching catch configurations. Possibly a hard to find match for your repair. Replace or vintage renovation. Some will need a cleaning. I would imagine these could all be reversible, left or right, with some minor peening. Would clean up for a new finish if you wish. Latch spring loaded.Not sure manufacturer.On lever stamped patent applied for K-70138 and possible maker's mark letter W encircled.K-70135 marked on corner posts or bolts.Latch very heavy.Very sturdy and plate on back. Spring loaded latch.Handle screwed down brass bolt too. Technology around over 80 years ago.hard to find items like this as they were scrapped or tossed when houses rewired or modernized. I have a beautifully patterned Victorian Eastlake period door slide bolt lock for your consideration. Measures 5 3/8 x 2 1/8 inches and comes with original surface mount catch. Spring feels good for reuse. Backplate removes for easy repair or maintenance. This would have been typically used for the topside of a door where you would pull on chain for disengagement. Chain is not original although is period correct where it came off another similar damaged slide bolt its same age. Latch box has old finish and some grime that should clean off nicely. Nice hard to find original period latch lock for your repair. Replacement of vintage renovation. Flat ship to the lower 48 United States is 5.85. Thanks for looking.

It is about 17” x 48” I have personally owned this rug for many years and have had it hanging on my closet door. It has been held up with a nail in each top corner so there is a slight curve on top and bottom. It has been gently machine washed over the years. The wool is a little fuzzied on the top due to the washings. The back is stitched down. There are a few loose canvas threads but otherwise in great condition. The wool is very thick and high quality. I do not know the year or manufacturer of this product. This is a lovely rug that will look great anywhere. Should you buy this rug. It will be washed and dried before shipping. I have a nice reusable cast iron rim lock with catch and doorknobs for your consideration. The doorknobs are red clay black glazed period design. The rim box and catch are cast iron. Included are a cast iron rosette for the opposite of the door. A stamped steel keyhole cover, and a standard 1/4 inch drive rod with set screws. The drive gear disengages the latch nicely although the internal parts upon inspection should be cleaned and lubricated for optimal reuse. There is no key although the deadbolt slide and mechanics are intact for when you either find one that works or have one made. The manual latch lock engages and disengages with a lever for inside privacy. nice reusable antique lock for your vintage renovation, replace or repair. Rotary latch lock: made of iron. Measuring approximately 2x3 inches. Made in the 60s. I think in GDR, but not quite sure. Also it is Russian or Czech. There is also a metal plate as a unit. In which it enters the latch. Two grades of the lock. It is seen that a little bruised. But otherwise is healthy and works perfectly. In good condition for his age. I found the latch. Up for auction are 10 antique cabinet latches and 3 drawer handles from the late 1800's. The bronze round handles are in good shape. These are very ornate. Look at the pictures carefully. You can see the bronze still on most pieces. They were painted twice and I stripped off the paint. There was some rust on the inside but I have removed much of it and oiled each latch. The mounting plate pivots 360 degrees, is 3 5/8” long 1 3/8” wide 3/32” thick with two 3/8” square holes. It is heavy built and weighs approximately 2 lbs. Take a look at how the handle was mounted. There doesn’t appear to be any markings. This is a nice salvaged piece that shows the usual ware with paint loss, scratches and some surface rust thru out. It appears to have no cracks or breaks. The brass door latch is solid brass; it measures 4" long and 2 1/2" from latch to back edge. The largest finial measures 4 x 2 1/2" in the middle and the door lock measures 3 3/4" long and 1 5/8" wide. The smallest key hold guard measures 1 7/8" The porcelain measures 2 3/4" largest with the guard; the small is 1 3/4" The paint on the large porcelain guard can be easily chipped off.
