This is an antique revolving nut and bolt cabinet. It is octagon, with 72 pie shaped drawers, all with the original porcelain knobs. It is 33" tall, 22.5" across the top. The cabinet is ALL original, no touch ups on the stenciling, etc. Someone added castors to the base, which makes moving it nice. They can be easily removed. Art Deco Brass Drawer Pulls Antique Cabinet Hardware
We are offering a set of brass Art Deco matching drawer pulls. This set consists of two pairs of pulls: one larger and one smaller. The larger plates are 2 13/16" wide by 2 1/32" tall; the smaller plates are 25/32" wide by 2 47/64" tall(measurements taken assuming the little nail? hole in each is the bottom) The longer handles are 2 1/4" long by 29/32" wide at widest and the shorter ones are 2" by 27/32" wide. I have an unusual pressed or stamped. Nickel plated steel lot of 8 old door latches for your consideration. These could be in nice reusable condition with a little cleaning and lube. All the springs seem to be intact and work. A little sticky on a couple. I am uncertain of there age although my guess would have been from a wooden built in cabinet or cupboard door from the late 20's early 30's. They have a deco pattern on handles. Nicely, these appear to have had a flush strikeplate application so you will be able to find something that would work more easily. Might be a nice addition for a reworked piece of furniture or cabinet/cupboard door. measure 1 7/16 inches from ctr to ctr of mounting screw holes. The tall drawers make for an unusual piece and they are completely made of wood instead of metal. I do not know my woods well. But someone told me that the cabinet is made of walnut and the inside of poplar. I have included a close-up image, but let me know if you would like pictures of certain areas to confirm this. There are no markings of a manufacturer and I am unaware of when it was made. It is a nice, sturdy piece of furniture with normal wear that you get with anything this old and there are only a few flaws that are fortunately in areas which are rarely seen. One area is the very back of the top where some small pieces have come off. Macey Antique Oak 4 Drawer File Cabinet Dovetailed Orig Finish Mission Hardware
I think this antique oak 4 drawer Macey file cabinet is in very good vintage condition. It still retains the majority of the original dark oak finish. It is a bit scratchy on the top and has a few spots but I would leave it as is. I think a bit of scratch cover and a waxing would be sufficient to make it home ready. The interior of the cabinet and drawers are very clean for a vintage item. If you like to refinish items to a light oak look it would refinish nicely. It does have the original Macey Decal of Grand Rapids Mich. and all of the drawers have the original directional decals as well. The hardware is mission style so it would go well with arts and crafts furniture. It has a tiny seperation halfway up one side that is only about a 16th of an inch wide and causes no structurally concerns.
