antique Victrorian Eastlake slide lock vintage cast iron deadbolt door hardware
I have an antique cast iron deadbolt lock slide for your consideration. This is original Victorian Eastlake period door hardware. Spring feels strong for reuse. All the original Jappaned finish is worn away. Will clean up nicely for a new finish or nice as is. This was a typical toe kick release for the bottom of a door and floor. The slide engages with foot simply by pushing to engage knob. To disengage simply tap the button with your toe. The top side of the door might have had a matching slide with a chain pull to secure the topside of the door. Lock comes with a flush mount strike that is not original to the piece although could work depending on your application. Wouldn't be to difficult to fabricate something for a floor strike/catch with some sort of flat stock. Nice ornate patterning. Flat ship to the lower 48 United States is ... more4.96. Vintage Art Deco Mid Century Cabinet Door Pulls Hinges Hardware- 42 pieces! original(not repro) Mid century art deco style cabinet handles and hinges. Hinges- 27 hinges. All have some surface rust(metal integrity not compromised) on them(that can probably be cleaned off totally) and all have some leftover paint on them, but ALL hinges are operational and have full metal integrity. The screw bases of the hinges have the matching ribbed lines of the pulls, but the ribs are not colored in at all Half Circle pulls- 4 pulls. Very minor surface rust on some backs, as seen in pictures, but fronts and sides look brand new! Ribbed portions have original black inlay paint. Half Heart pulls- 11 pulls. There is however a very very small flea bite along the outside edge of one of the knobs that you would not see unless you are looking for it. One of the knobs will need a dab of liquid cement since it does not seat properly in the brass collar if you will be reusing for its original intent. Nice reusable lot for possibly that hard to find match for your repair. Replace or vintage renovation. Fabulous lot for the collector or creative repurpose art mind. Would display well too. This transom window includes the original wavy glass. It measures 3' wide by 1'4" tall. Also included is the original transom hardware and the total weight is approx. 8 pounds. The house this window came from was approx 100 years old and has been recently torn down and is shown. Meticulously restored by sanding layers of paint down to the wood and using steel wool on the wavy window and the hardware. There was no rotten wood on the window.

Vintage Oak Lawyers Stacking Bookcase Door Glass and Hardware GRM Grand Rapids I sold a vintage mission lawyers bookcase awhile back and the bottom section had been damaged so I sold only the remaining sections. This is the door and hardware that was removed from the bottom unit. It is the glass door that hooks on the sides of the bookcase unit with the hardware for the sides of the bookcase itself. The bookcase it was removed from was oak so this also should be oak. The glass is in perfect condition. No chips or cracks. The knob is not original. The door is in wonderful condition and has the hooks attached on the sides as shown. It measures 32 3/8' X 13½' X 13/16' I did notice that this door is higher than the other ones were and it was on a bottom unit. I'm not sure if all the screws are there but that's what we ... morehad to remove but a screw or two is not hard to find. Some of the parts have some minor surface rust which should clean up easily. Hopefully this door will fill a need by someone who might be needing to replace a door. If not. I'm going to make a window-shelf for plants in front of a window. I have a beautifully patterned Victorian Eastlake period door slide bolt lock for your consideration. Measures 5 3/8 x 2 1/8 inches and comes with original surface mount catch. Spring feels good for reuse. Backplate removes for easy repair or maintenance. This would have been typically used for the topside of a door where you would pull on chain for disengagement. Chain is not original although is period correct where it came off another similar damaged slide bolt its same age. Latch box has old finish and some grime that should clean off nicely.
