The brass ring under the porcelain knob I do not believe was original but am selling it with the set. As you can see from my photos the brass does have some light scratches and light dents. It does need 1 set screw and a screw for the plate. The lock moves freely when turning the knob The porcelain does have cosmetic wear. The ornate oval brass knob is in mint condition. The plate under the ornate knob measures 10 1/2"x3" The plate under the porcelain knob measures about 8"x 2 1/2" The mortise measures 4 3/8" long x 3 1/4" wide x 5/8" deep. It is 2 1/2" from edge of face plate to center of knob. The brass face plate measures 6 1/4" x 1" x 1/4" This vintage lock set will look great on your door. I have a nice reusable cast iron rim lock for your consideration. Could use a cleaning and lube with the removal of a single standard slot set screw. Driverod gear spring works latch. Marked RH Co. on box and 250 1/2 on the catch. There is no deadbolt key for the deadbolt slide however. Could be used without it with manual locking slide lever that engages and disengages locking latch. Rim lock box measuring 4 1/8 x 3 1/8 inches. Pair of early cermaic black glazed doorknobs and a 1/4 inch driverod included. This vintage mortise lock is made by Skillman. The faceplate is brass plated and measures 7/8' x 5 1/2' It comes with a working key and is very clean inside and out. It is in very good used condition. The bolt can be reversed for doors that swing the other way. A nice vintage piece of door hardware.

Up for bid is a variety pack of three(3) Barn Door Rollers. These industrial rural rollers are items I found together so decided not to look for the mates. But to offer them for sale. All three turn freely. Need cleaning and or oiling, and are quite different. First is a cannon ball type roller. This item is about 7" long. 1 3/4" wide and weighs around 1 1/2 pounds. Wheels are about 1 3/8" across(contact me if you need more precise measurements) This set is rusty with that rustic look. Has just part of the mounting hardware attached(see pictures) No chips or cracks. Second is a piece with a bit more mounting hardware attached. Wheel portion is about 7 1/8" long and 1" wide. Whole mechanism weighs around 3 pounds 6 ounces. The wheels are about 1/4" wide. This item was purchased at an Estate auction.This is a very rare vintage Snow White ice box refrigerator. Enamel covered. It is a large refrigerator, and is 32" wide, 16" wide(with 2" handles included) and 50 1/2' tall. The larger compartment for food is 13" by 16" and 36" tall. Lower compartment under ice chamber for frozen foods is 12" by 16" and 10" tall. The ice compartment is 12" by 16" and 23" tall(drain tube runs down lower unit and out the bottom) The footed legs are about 8" tall under item. For the most part, this item is in really good condition. There are a few sections of enamel missing, and a little rust in places(please make sure to look at photos closely) All of the hardware(handles, latches and hinges) are all on the item, and all function just fine. The ... moregaskets on the doors are old, and should be replaced, but are there, worn in spots. This is one of the original Snow White ice box refrigerator units, and are extremely hard to find. Drawer pulls made of a heavy metal with what appears to be a copper colored finish. 25 pulls each measuring 5 3/4 inches long and set off the door-drawer approximately 1 inch. Very nice condition. Really Nice mixed lot of 26 old standard 1/4 inch doorknob driverods. These were designed for use with antique mortise locks. lots of different legnths. There are 9 threaded and 16 set screw design rods. Included among these are 3 old long center pivoting rods one of which unscrews at the center and measures 5 inches. The other two are 4 3/4 inches long and just spin and do not separate. Some hard to find lengths. Also a nice combination threaded/set screw rod.
