Vintage Set Art Deco Chrome Pulls Red Lines Hoosier Cabinet Drawer Door Hardware
Up for your consideration is a very nice set of chrome plated cabinet door or drawer pulls. The chrome is in excelent condition with only the smallest amounts of oxidization barley visible. The Pulls measure 4" overall. And have a depth of aprox 1" when installed. The screw holes are 3 1/2" apart on center. Sorry but screws do not come with the pulls. Really nice hard to find Russell Erwin lockset for your consideration. US and Canada Patents March and May 1900. Unusual hard to find set which includes two nicely patterned ornate backplates. Two doorknobs with patterning, mortise lock with matching faceplate as the included latch and deadbolt slide catch marked 1900 and a drive rod with a few set screws. Mortise lock latch springs feel good although should have a good cleaning and lube for optimal operation. Mortise box looks pressed and peened. not cast iron. Marked Russell Erwin mfg co. and some other stuff that is hard to read. Original finish on all the pieces is worn although it looks like a craftsman period style black with copper Jappanned appearance. Collars on backplates are good and the set screw opening are good on the knob necks for reuse. Questions encouraged and welcome otherwise ... morewhat you se is what you get. Nice brass early mid century door lockset manufactured by Dexter for your consideration. This lockset comes to you nearly complete other than the two brass screws for the strikeplate catch and the original catch for the secondary locking latch that works with the turnkey. Most any brass catch would work for this. The large handle is solid brass and the thumb latch spring feels good for reuse. This set comes with two latches. One for the doorknob handle set latch and the other for the secondary locking latch. Most of the brass will clean up some as well. This is a standard 2 3/8 inch offset although it was taken off an exterior entrance door. There is no key although any locksmith could make one for this lockset. Large Vintage Inspired Steel Barn Door Hinges Vintage Made! Hardware Wood Old
These. Obviously, are hand made, MASSIVE hinges. They swing open 180 degrees. The pin or pintle is 1" in diameter. The vertical brackets are 4" wide x 14" Tall and 1/4" Thick! The horizontal brackets are 24" LONG AND THE ENTIRE BRACKET IS 28-1/2" LEFT TO RIGHT. The connecting bar from vertical to horizontal is a massive 1' THICK piece of plate. VINTAGE MADE and that is true. My welder is a Miller"Vintage" machine. Yes, I designed and made these and I can make more and maybe even add a little customization for you cut in the horizontal bracket w/ precision water jet cutting. This all started because I could not find massive, beefy hinges, well here they are and they are SWEET! They weight_TWENTY-ONE_ pounds, EACH! This set is ready to go, if you want more there will be a 2 week+/ wait. Mostly waiting ... morefor materials to arrive) Shipping is FREE CONUS. No paint or primer has been applied, you are looking at bare white steel. They may arrive w/ a flash coating of rust. This is a gorgeuos collectible display piece. A beautiful. Very heavy piece of BARN DOOR HARDWARE. Cast iron sliding door roller/pulley mounted on a piece of very old barn door wood. It is over 100 years old, with a date of"April 24, 1906" on the round piece(washer) that you see in pictures# 3, 4& 5. Here for your consideration is this set of 5 vintage heavy duty T strap hinges for the builder or decorator. This set looks to be unused they are in good fully functional condition with some scuffs and paint loss and some light rust spots. These measure on the long strap side 7 1/2' and on the short side they are 2' deep by 5 1/2' wide. Each hinge takes 9 screws, I am including 45 of the original screws they have some slight paint loss and some light rust, These hinges have the architectural raised up surface for a great look and extra strength, they have the button top hinge pins these are set up on for right hinges but the pins can be easily removed and changed to give you rights or lefts. I have a nice lot of old 1/2 inch offset ball finial hinges for your consideration. These are heavy stamped steel probably because of the heavy solid wood doors they use to use in the 20's and 30's in old bungalows. These have a flush mount for jamb side and a mortise cut application for the door mount side. See pics carefully. These are 3 1/2 inches. Nice large ball tips on the pins and on the opposite end of hinge that unscrew from plate with threading and a standard slot cut. Pins remove and pivot nicely and have a small friction seat bearing on each. Will need a good cleaning of old paint for your new finish. Original brass plate is pretty much shot. There are 2 left and 4 right depending on which side of the jamb you mount the door. Nice vintage quality heavy duty hinges for your repair replacement or vintage renovation. It consists of the mortise lock which is marked Sargent on the side and also on the key section of the lock. It is the deadbolt type. The plates and door knobs are all matching with the inside plate and knob being smaller than the outside. The outside plate is 10 1/2" tall x 2 7/8" approx and inside 7 3/8" x 2 3/8" The plates are the thin pressed brass. The screw for the large knob is with it I failed to image it as it was loose. The deadbolt will not turn it could be froze up. There is no key with it. I have not cleaned it but think it will polish up nicely.
