This is a very unique door knob set with matching rosette. It is made of cast iron and has a swirly loop(for lack of a better term) pattern on the front of the knobs and on the rosette. It is in wonderful antique condition and would add charm to any door! p.s. The first picture is truest for color. Possibly) Victorian Eastlake“Lorraine” pattern brass door knob set. As shown in the photos, this set includes one(1) brass door knob, one(1) brass door plate, one(1) rosette, and one(1) ceramic brown door knob. This is as the set came from the door/house where it was salvaged; I’d guess that the brass knob faced an area like a hallway, and the porcelain side faced into the interior of a closet or someplace less visible. Thus it is a“hybrid” set. Paint and other material has been cleaned off gently with non-corrosive cleaning and brass brushes. But I err to the side of treating my items gently without scratching anything, so there may be slight residue or patina on my brass and/or cast iron items. Yes ... moreI will combine shipping. Here we have a nice conditioned pair of old Victorian ceramic mottled brown door knob/ handles. Each knob is about 53mm in diameter at its widest point, there are some fixing bars included and are adjustable so should fits doors from 1" to 3" in thickness, the condition as you can see is excellent although one pair has a bit of a bit of near screw bolts and easy fix with a bit of millieput or similar compound that being said they still function well and may well last for years anyhow.

Antique Very Fancy Victorian Cast Iron Door Knob Plate Escutcheon Hardware
This very fancy. Cast iron, Victorian door knob backplate/escutcheon dates to the late 1800s. It measures 6 3/8" tall x 1 1/2" wide, has 2 screw holes, a keyhole and an opening with a raised collar for a door knob. The surface has designs everywhere with the background filled with a diamond and flower pattern and a raised edge design that has a leaf and shell-like motif surrounded with a beaded edge. The back is plain and unmarked with no maker's signature. The plate has glimmers of a brass/copper wash, and evidence also shows on the back, but I have not attempted to clean it so that decision is up to the winner. These are being sold in as found condition with just a wipe down with an oiled rag. nice pair of antique/ Victorian BRASS-toned door back plates 4 glass/ brass knob
This auction is for a set of two ornate antique door plates. These plates are plated steel- a magnet does stick to them. The coating is a dark brass color. Often called"antique brass" These w ould have been used with an old. Large mortise-type lockset and skeleton key- neither is included. The plate s measure 7 3/4" high x just under 2 1/2" wide(2 7/16" T he spacing from the center of the knob hole to the center of the round portion of the skeleton key hole is 2 1/8" I believe these door knob back plates were manufactured and sold in the 1910's and/ or 1920's- possibly earlier. But I wasn't around back then, so I can't say for sure. These plates are in good condition. I have not tried to polish them. Or even clean them- I did not want to disturb/ destroy any of patina developed over the past nearly ... more100 years. I received the plates as you see them- I do NOT have any knobs or screws to go with them- sorry. This auction is for only the TWO door knob back plates in the left photo. They have a nice patina and were purchased by the seller 12 years ago for our home being built- and they ended up not fitting our style home.
