These Antique Window Hardware pieces came from a lovely 1910 house. There is one complete Window Sash Lock. Two pieces that are parts of Sash Locks and 3 Window Lift pieces. The Sash Lock measures 3" wide x 2 5/8" deep and 1 1/8" high. The Pulls or Lifts are 1 5/8" wide x 1 1/2" deep and 3/4" high. The two Sash pieces are 2 1/2" wide x 3/4" deep and 1 1/8" high. Sash lifts-full NOS box of 25, Antique Copper/Japanned finish.
A full box of 25 sash lifts with screws(2 for each lift) 3" long by 1.5" wide. These are Sargent's Tarlton design and are in beautiful condition. The Antique Copper finish was popular from around 1890-1930s and is a finish that was almost always applied over steel and thus is rare to find in excellent condition due to the steel showing rust over the decades. A periodic smear of linseed oil is recommended in order to prevent that. They still have their original paper wrappers and I've opened a few to check that the screws were there but haven't opened them all. So I'm assuming they are as I did count them and it appears that the lifts had never been taken out of their box. The pic shows 12 lifts but there are 13 below those.

40 FANCY VICTORIAN STYLE WINDOW/SASH LIFTS~CAST IRON(1A) The lifts are in very good condition but some have some light surface rust since the have been sitting for awhile. we were able to clean a few sets up nicely with a little 00 steel wool and I am sure a wire brush would work just as well. I have just purchased several different sets of cast iron hardware items from a dealer that was retiring. this is a very nice set and measures approximately 1 1/2 by and 1 inch and the little lift"handle" sticks out about 3/4 inch from the base they have 2 holes to use to attach to your window but they do not come with screws. as always I do not claim to be a professional contractor if you need additional measurements or aren't sure how I got the measurements I did please ask. It is new old stock and was not used and is still wrapped in the original tissue paper. See close up picture for condition. The lift is 1 5/8" long and 3 1/8" tall and 3/8" thick. It is 1/8" thick once installed. It is solid brass and a magnet will NOT stick. It has an antique satin brass finish. The back has a nickel finish on the solid brass that was part of the manufacturing process to give the pulls a satin antique look.
