A group of 5 single push button light switch plates made of brass( a magnet does not stick to them) The plates are apr. 2 3/4 X 4 1/2 inches. There is some surface scratches. Depending upon how the plates are held and the light reflects off of them. There is some very light/ shallow dings in a couple of the plates. The dings are just signs of use and do not distract from anything. A person almost has to look for them. The pictures should show the rest. Vintage Push Up Chamberstick Candle Holder Candlestick with Circular Drip Plate
This is a lovely old candle holder with a push up mechanism. Finger handle and a circular drip tray. It is in very good condition and I have made no attempt to clean it up. There are a few scuffs and scratches and it still has some wax residue. see photos) The push up mechanism is in good working order. Is stiff but does not stick at all. The circular drip tray is held on by what appears to be an old brass machine screw. It measures 6" tall and the drip tray is 7 1/2" in diameter. Mid 20th Century Black Steel Door Push Plate: New Old Stock
This is a solid black steel plate. It has pyramid corners and measures 7" x 2 1/2" It takes 4 screws. We are a 141 year old family owned hardware store and were in the process of looking at inventory we haven't seen in many decades when we came across this. The only one of its type we have found. It has been in loose storage and has a few nicks and needs some cleaning. We have adjusted the price to reflect this.

Vintage Brass Double Push Button Switch Cover Plate, Flush Mount, Thick, Antique
Here is another old switch plate or switch cover. This one is a thick and heavy solid brass. It is 1/8 inch thick. This is for the old style of push button switches used in the early to mid 20th century. It is 4 inches wide by 4 inches high. One side edge is missing the bevel. So we think it may have been cut down from a larger piece, or cut so that the switch plate fit the section of wall. The back is marked Hart Flush Switch. This antique plate has darkened over the years. It will match your old woodwork better than a new switch plate.

This is a lot of five(5) vintage push button switch plate covers all in USED condition. Only two(2) of the switch covers appear to be the same and those are the 2 PERKINS. The brass/brass colored switch plate is made by GE and is similar in weight and thickness to the silver/chrome colored switch plate in one of the photos. The other 3 switch plates that are silver/chrome colored are of similar weight and thickness. Once again. 2 are PERKINS and 1 is H&H.HART& HEGEMAN.
