Antique ORIGINAL Amherst by Yale & Towne Y & T Pocket Door Set w/ Lock #145
Antique original Amherst pocket door set with original lock. Exterior plate measures 8 1/4" x 2 1/2. Lock measures 5 5/8" wide x 3 1/2" high x 3/4" deep. As you can see in the picture. There is a square sticking out on the lock at the top left. This is on both sides of the lock at this point. It begins 1" from the edge of the lock, is 3/4" wide x 1/2" high x 1/4" deep. Backs of pocket door plates are detached. Some plates have finish issues. I am selling an old collection purchased from a hardware store that had been in business over 100 years. Apparently. They kept everything so what I am selling could be new or used. Smoke and pet free home. I do combine shipping as long as the pieces can travel together safely. If I have overcharged for postage. Antique or Vintage Yale & Towne Brass Pocket Door Art Nouveau Plates
These were purchased from an estate that had door hardware from an old funeral home. I'm not certain of the pattern design. It appears to be art nouveau with floral and ribbon design. I believe they're for a pocket door. Please see photos for details. They were nearly black when I got them and I've cleaned them to the best of my extent, I'm sure they could be cleaned up even more. Each plate measures 5" long x 2" across. The opening is 2 3/8" long x 1 15/16" across.

Antique pocket door pull hardware Art Deco style engraving keyhole LAST CALL
This beautifully made antique pocket door pull came from an estate where there was major tonnage of architectural relics. I did a mild soap and water cleaning of it. But made no effort to polish or scrub it for fear of removing patina. This item measures slightly under 4" long, 2" wide& 1/4" deep inside. It has detailed etching on it reminiscent of the Art Deco style of long ago. The main condition issue is that the upper left corner(photo#1) looks like it was pried off the door and does not lay flat. It's being sold"as is. Up I have this beautiful old pocket door from an old shore Victorian house. I had bought it recently at a moving sale. The woman had two. One was painted brown and this one was clearly on it's way to being refinished as it looks as if is was stripped. It measures 82"t x 32"w x 2" deep. I had to buy it on a whim not sure if it would work for the project I was thinking and it turned out to be too tall. So, I thought maybe someone has an old house they are restoring and would like an authentic door? It just requires some fine sanding and is almost ready to finish. The deatil is beautiful. New in Box Pocket door keyed lock with decorative pulls. I purchased two of these from a seller in South Dakota who was clearing out an old building in a small town that once housed a hardware store. I installed one and continue to use it every day. That was over five years ago… A little background on the manufacturer…P& F Corbin. From Wikipedia: In June 1848. Philip Corbin married Francina T. Whiting. The two went on to have three children, two of whom survived. They later adopted a daughter. At the end of 1848 the Corbin brothers sought a partner for their newly formed company. In a small factory built by Corbin’s father-in-law, the brothers, along with Edward Doen, began their first manufacturing firm. The first items produced at the factory were ox balls for the horns of oxen and steer. A year later Henry Whiting bought Doen’s interests ... morein the company and the firm became known as Corbin, Whiting and Company. By 1851 the brothers purchased Whiting’s interest and the firm name was changed for the final time to the P&F Corbin Company. Through the latter half of the nineteenth century the company grew. The firm manufactured builders’ hardware including coat and hat hooks. Sash fasteners, picture nails, locks, knobs, as well as coffin trimmings. Beginning in early 1870 the company switched its focus to decorative hardware. Philip Corbin died after a long illness on November 3. 1910 at the age of 86. At the time of his death, Corbin’s companies employed over 1,800 people and were major manufacturing centers in New Britain, even starting an automobile manufacturing company. The P&F Corbin Company eventually merged with other local manufacturers and became the American Hardware Corporation. Black and Decker purchased the company in 1989. In 2010, the Stanley Works, also of New Britain, purchased Black and Decker, now called Stanley Black& Decker. My uneducated guess puts the date of manufacture definitely after 1851. This is a set of Victorian age pocket door hardware in good working condition(without the key though) Door insets size- Female side: Face: 7& 1/2" back plate length: 5& 1/2" width: approx 3& 1/2" Male side: Face: 7& 1/2" back plate length 5& 1/2" width approx 3" The mechanisms respond freely. But a key will need to be found. Then there are the finger pulls to open the door. Two of which have the key opening. They measure 3& 3/16" high, by 2& 3/4" wide. Antique Eastlake Style Cast Iron Single Pocket Door Pulls by Unknown Maker Set 2 The item being offered is a beautiful and original set of cast iron single pocket door pulls. I could find no maker's mark on the set. But the backs of the keyhole plates and main plates are stamped with the number 861. They have a traditional Victorian era Eastlake style pattern with a bronze wash. The pulls measure approximately 4" tall by 2" wide. The set is in very good condition with nice patina. And most of the original wash intact. There is some light surface rust which can easily be wire brushed off. ITEM DESCRIPTION You are bidding on a nice wooden shadow box for displaying coins. Pocket watches, matchbooks. Etc. Not sure what exactly they are used for. It measures approx. 17" tall x 15 1/4" wide x 2 1/4" deep. It has 6 narrow shelves with slats on the inside.The shelves measure about 3/4" deep. On the inside it has a black velour or fuzzy type material for the backing. It has a hinged glass front door and can be hung on the wall. Has some minor surface scratching but overall in really good shape. Could probably use a good wood cleaner on it. It looks like there was a small round piece of felt or something that kept the door cushioned from the base when they are closed but that is missing. Could always glue a new piece back on.
