Antique Vtg Double Door Locking Sargent Pocket Door Hardware Set Key Side Pulls
This Sargent pocket door lock set with key came from an auction in Vermont. I believe the face plates to made of brass. The face plates on the lock mortise measure 7 7/16" long and 1" wide. They are made for an 1 3/4" door. I believe the 4 pulls are made out of copper. All the mechanisms work. There is rust and wear marks. The brass side pulls measure 6 by 2 3/8 inches.

They are made of stamped steel and were originally brass plated. Most of the brass has remained, but there are a few spots were it has worn away giving them a nice, distressed touch. But they were actually caused by the manufacturer during production. Otherwise. These veneers are 1/16" thick and provide strength and stability to the door. Oak is a very dense wood and the door would've warped long ago if it weren't for its veneers. Antique pair of Eastlake Victorian brass bronze pocket door locks
This is two pocket door locks that are done in the Eastlake style. They date circa 1890. Both of the locks have a curved plate though one curves out and the other curves in. Both are made of either bronze or brass. One lock is made by H&D Mfg Co. The black lock portion is 5 ½ by 3 ¼ inches. The plate curves out and is 7 11/16 inches high and 1 ¼ inches wide. There does not appear to be any damage. The other lock is made by Norwalk lock co. The black lock portion is 5 ½ inches by 3 ½ inches. The plate curves in and is 7 7/8 inches high and 1 ¼ inches wide. The lock portion has a hole in it on each side. We do not have the key and do not know if it works. Set Antique Pocket Door Hardware Locks Plates Pulls
This set of antique pocket door hardware consists of four brass-plated door plates and two locks with brass-plated plates. The locks are operational. Pushing the button in the face causes the pulls to protrude. The lock moves but there is no key. There are some scratches on the door plates from removing several coats of paint mechanically and corrosion in many spots where the plating has been worn through. The lock plates appear to have been scratched through to the steel extensively in past years. See the 3rd picture. The plate on the receiving lock has been bent around the opening where the curved lock shaft engages the plate. The receiving lock is marked Corbin. These door plates measure 2 3/8" x 7 3/4" The lock plates are both 1" x 7 5/8" The backset to the centerline of the key is 2 3/4" The hardware has not ... morebeen recoated.

This is 12 inch long tin cone shaped pocket that I did a rusty faux finish on and sealed. Inside it is stuffed to the max with faux greenery. Red and white pips, green excelsior, and icy faux branches, and 2 chenille candy canes. On the front I have added some moss and a banner made from muslin that is stiffened and sprinkled with a little glass glitter for sparkle and it says Happy Holidays. Over all this arrangement is about 20 inches long to the top of the icy branches and the top is about 11 inches wide. Great for a door or wall this season, and just a little bit different! Aesthetic style pocket French door hardware from 1870s home Sargent Reading ?
This listing is for the original hardware from a home which was built around 1870. Because there are two locks but only one set of left and right matching handles I'm not sure exactly what I have. I believe the matching handles with latches rather than knobs are from pocket doors that separated the front parlor from the back parlor. The pattern is what I call aesthetic style but I could not find the exact pattern in the locks and hardware book I borrowed from the library. Possibly Sargent. Reading, Branford or Yale. The smaller lock is damaged on one side by the keyhole. The two handle plates are the same size although they do not look that way in my pictures. Gorgeous Vintage Antique Waltham pocket watch. Manufactured by the American Waltham Watch Company, A.W.W.Co. circa 1912 according to my research of the serial number. This watch belonged to my grandfather, was given to me when i was 13, which was some time ago( and i wore it maybe three or 4 times in my life) with a protective metal hinged case with felt lining, I am not sure when this protective case was made, or by whom, but it fits the watch perfectly and therefore has protected the case of the watch so that it is in beautiful condition,no marks, no scratches, as near mint as a 100 year old watch can be. The watch winds and runs fine, sounds great when held to the ear. I had it oiled and serviced from time to time, but it has spent much of its life in a temperature controlled bank vault, still runs nice now when wound but if you are going ... moreto use it regularly I would recommend another oiling and cleaning by a professional. Here Are the specs: There are two serial numbers. One on the movement is 18468062, and there is a number on the inner door that reads 368807. To my eye the gold has a deep lustrous color far different than today's yellow 14k modern gold. Maybe it is a hint of rose. The inner case is stamped 585/1000 14k Fine. These are great vintage Japanese door pulls! In Japan. Sliding doors are very common and these are used in the sliding doors. They are from the"昭和" showa period" The"showa" period is from 1926-1989. These would be fabulous as frames for your art. A small dish for teeny tiny objects etc. The edges on the back can be a bit rough. They measure 7.2 x 1.7 cm. The inside measures 6.8 cm x 1 cm. This is a great looking pocket door with a beautiful aged shellac(varnish) patina and finish. Both sides of the door are unpainted and there is no warping present on the door. The original rollers are present(one door is missing the wheels on one side) and operate properly and the original track is also included. 48"x96" Antique Rift Sawn Oak Interior Pocket Sliding Barn Door 6 Raised Panels
Penn Antique Restoration. 48"x 96" Antique Rift Sawn Oak Pocket Door w/6 Raised Panels. Grand. Antique, pocket door salvaged from an old home in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. The door is made of solid rift sawn oak and has 6 raised panels each. Hardware: The door is equipped with 2 cast iron rollers. And a copper-plated steel lockset made by"P.F Corbin Mfg. Co. of New Britain, CT circa 1895. The lockset works and even has it's original key! All of the hardware is operational but needs a good cleaning. We can clean the rollers and lockset for an extra $50. If you do not want the any of the hardware. And just want the door; we could discount the price of the door by $100. Condition: On the exterior side of the door. The top of the lock stile, top of the hinge stile, edge of the lock stile, edge of the hinge stile, bottom of the ... morelock stile, bottom of the hinge stile and the bottom rail are all chipped. On the interior side of the door. The edge of the lock stile and the bottom of the lock stile are both chipped; some panels and rails have scratches; there is a strip of wood missing from the bottom of the hinge stile; and the bottom panel is cracked. Otherwise. This door is in very good shape with only surface scrapes, scratches, small nail holes-minor cosmetic blemishes, which would be removed during the finishing process or covered if painted. Quirks& Considerations: The height was unevenly cut by 5/8" at some point. Most likely to accommodate for a warped floor or settling foundation. We could even the height-e mail us for a quote. The door has 1/8" Birch veneers covering a solid Douglas Fir core and has 6 horizontal, recessed panels. Please don't think that"veneer" means inferior quality. Unlike the paper-thin veneers used on modern doors and furniture. These veneers are 1/8" thick and provide strength and stability to the door. Hardware: The door is not equipped with any hardware.
