These 2 fixtures hung at the entrance to one of the buildings of the World Financial Center across the street from the World Trade Center. The glass was broken and they were replaced. This auction is for the 2 fixtures. One has a plastic lens that I inserted several years ago in the hopes to try them out. Unfortunately, they overpower my house, so I am finally giving them up. The plastic has yellowed, but shows that it's an easy fix to make the fixtures presentable. The one with plastic lens has been hung outdoors for almost a year in harsh conditions and the clear finish is wearing off and the brass is turning. I think the entire fixture is solid brass, even the white inside panel is non-magnetic.
