Set of Three Reproduction Cast Iron Victorian Door Hinges- Size 3 1/2 x 3 This set of three. Used Door Hinges was removed from a New Orleans home that was built in 1893. Each half of the hinges measures 3 1/2" x 1 1/2" The Hinges are made of cast iron and have a plain metal finish. An extra set of hinge halves(without the pin- see picture) is included with this item. The Hinges are used and in working order. The pins are a little rusty and sticky and do not seat completely. A good cleaning and oiling should make them work more smoothly and seat completely. There is a small amount of rust on the hinges that will need to be removed.

ANTIQUE DOOR STOVE HARDWARE HINGES CAST IRON ARCHITECTURE
These are some very unique and decorative cast iron antique door hardware. I believe they are for doors but I'm not entirely sure. One of the pieces has a marking on the back which is 1659I. There are what look to be"hooks" on the back of three of them. They do have rust on them but are still very nice pieces and the rust gives them character. For sale are Lull and Porter antique cast iron shutter hinges and pulls. These are the half of the hinges that screws to the house. There are four right hand. Five left hand, four pulls, six latches, 32 large flat head screws and 24 small flat head screws. These came from a 18th century house in historic Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. These are in good condition.

These are(2) unusual cast iron hinges. Not sure if they are gate or barn hinges or other use. Opened one hinge is about 8 inches long and the other is about 10 inches long. They may be a little bent with some rusting as noted. No metal chips or cracks even around the attachment holes. No name found. Great vintage hinges with nice original patina. They have not been cleaned and in the condition as found.

VERY GOOD DEAL This set of 4 Heavy Black Vintage Iron Strap type Hinges(3 with brackets) in great working condition. They measure 8" long including bracket with 7" long brackets. Hinge width is 2 1/2" at widest point and bracket holes are 4" apart. Weigh close to 3/4 lb each. Two are in very good condition. Hardly looked used. I had intentions on using these, had them sand blasted and painted and had a change of plans, for now anyway. I added another double door and did not have enough hinges that match, I have a similar set of 4 listed) I paid all sorts of money to buy a similar repro, don't get me wrong, I like the look of them, but everyone first question is wow, are the hinges old? Nope.I looked long and hard for a match and have never seen another set like this, or the others I have. They are unique being that the doors can be removed easily by removing the pin. I am not sure what they came off of originally, maybe a barn, train or something industrial that ... morethe door could be removed if need be. FORGED CAST IRON STRAP HINGES 3 TOTAL FROM VERMONT 1800'S HOME
You are bidding on three antique cast iron. Blacksmith forged barn door/gate strap hinges, all probably from the late 1800's. The first hinge is 19" long and 1.5" wide at the hinge tapering to 1" at the spade head. It is 1/4" thick from the hinge to the head. The opening in the hinge is approximately 1/2" in diameter. Strap still has old paint on it. The second hinge is 21" long and 2" wide from hinge to end. It is 1/2" thick at the hinge and tapers to approximately 1/4" at the end. The hinge is 3/4" in diameter. It is very old and has square holes. The third hinge is 24 1/4" long by 1.5" wide from hinge to the rounded end and is 1/4" thick through the entire length. Hinge opening is 1/2" in diameter. nice lot of 4 cast iron strap hinges. Measuring 12 1 1/4 inches long and 1 1/2" wide. Some of the black paint still visible nice patina on them. Another cast iron piece I am not sure what it is measures 10 3/4" x 1 1/2" with notched flanges on each end. A pin in back and decorative embossed front. Maybe a latch? You also will receive a small cast iron hook. With a loop on one end a twisted in the middle. Measures 5 3/4" A gate handle also included, cast iron with thumb latch attached measures 7"
