Working skeleton key, lock plate, a pair of door knobs and a pair of Art Deco door plates. WHEN MADE: Early 1900s SIZE: The lock box is approximately 4 3/4" x 3 1/2" deep x 3/4" thick. Each door knob is 2 1/4" across and each door plate is 7 3/4" tall CONDITION: The lock set works and is free of bends or cracks with normal cosmetic wear. The door knobs and face plates have age appropriate wear to the brass finish. There is some old door paint on the edge of the face plates. The key which operates the deadbolt works with the lock and sometimes sticks. It will need to be oiled or worked with. The latch and all other mechanisms work fine. The night latch at the top allows you to lock the doorknobs for privacy instead of using the keyed deadbolt. The original doorknobs are jet black and the lock comes with a cast iron rosette and hey escutcheon. No key. Lick has been restored. Doorknobs are in very good condition with minor scuffing. The ferrules are rusty but does not show when mounted. The lock measures 4” high by 4 1/2” deep. Keeper is an additional 7/8”. Back set is 3 1/2”.
