For auction: highly unique 40-unit US Post Office Box cabinet reclaimed from within a high-rise office building in downtown Denver. Colorado. This collectible piece is in original condition at time of reclamation with slight modifications. Constructed of solid steel throughout and featuring silvered brass doors. Unit is completely open at the back. Separating shelves/ walls also constructed of solid steel. There are sixteen smaller swing-out cells making up the top two rows. Sixteen larger flip-down cells making up the middle four rows, and eight large bin-style pull-out drawers making up the bottom two rows of this piece. All doors and bins open and close, and locking mechanisms work. Piece includes a key fitting each lock, ... morebut key does not work. The dark spot on bezel i s from the slat air and has great patina and will clean up very nice if you choose to do so. I like the way they age with the years and leave them as is but that's just me. Vintage Wooden Tenor Recorder by Olympian with brass finger key Beautiful Tone!
You are bidding on a solid wood tenor recorder by Olympian. It is in excellent condition. The corks are great. The brass key works fine with good spring response. I play many instruments, but recorder isn't one of them. I can play it.but not well. It has a smooth, wonderful tone that allows you to use slow vibrato that really gives that soulful effect. I played Stairway to Heaven on it.even I wanted to go back to the 70's and just chill. I really know nothing about recorders. I haven't checked to see what key it is and I don't see any marking indicating it. The only"flaw" I would say is a small tooth rub on the mouthpiece. It is nothing more than wear on the finish. I comes in it's original box and has the cleaning wand with it. I'm comfortable saying that this is a good quality instrument. Well made with ... moregreat sound. Good Luck Bidding!

It's an old style skeleton key and it has a loop at the end so it can be worn as a pendant! It measures 40 mm by 19 mm by 3 mm. And it weighs 14 carats, which is 2.8 grams, and it is really cool. Clarinet, GOLD-plated (Not Brass), Key of C, Vintage, Rare, with Original Case
As I understand. Many years ago clarinets and other woodwinds could be customized by gold-plating. I'm not sure why other than the gold appearance certainly sets it apart. This clarinet not only is gold-plated but also is in the key of C rather than the traditional Bb. The plating of the body is not brass but real gold. The metal part of the mouthpiece and the body of the clarinet are marked with a"C" which is confirmed when tested for pitch. This instrument was made by the H.N. White Company of Cleveland, Ohio. The keywork is silver-plated and there is no indication of plate wear. There horn is in excellent condition as there is but one small dent at the top of the bell(so small the camera does not pick it up) The pads are good and clean so this horn will not need an overhaul. The plastic mouthpiece is a Noblet of Paris and ... morethe ligature is made by Superb. The case is original, both latches work and the handles are made of the original rope.
