Antique Wrought Iron Barn Door Strap Hinges With Bean End 21 Inches Long 18th century This pair of antique strap hinges were hand hammered by a blacksmith. They do have the usual rust and surface corrosion. Expected of a piece this age. I also note a small area on the"back" of the one hinge where a piece of the metal is flaking upward. Its nothing major. The area measures about 2 inches long and at the widest point, 1 inch. see photo) Other than the above the hinges are straight. These type of hinges can be used on barns or other out buildings. Even doors on stone homes, or log structures. The pins used with these hinges can usually be purchased at perhaps a local hardware store or on online. The Hinges measure approx. 21 inches long and 2 inches at widest point.

2 Antique Large Metal Barn Door Strap Hinges 27" long
Up for auction is a pair of large authentic vintage barn door hinges. They are heavy duty off set strap style with a decorative heart or acorn at one end. These hinges were purchased approximately 35 years ago in Oregon City. Oregon From a developer who had purchased what was then rural farm land. The old barns and buildings had been taken down and he was selling items recovered before deconstruction. I don't know exactly how old these are but I can tell you that the buildings had been there decades before they were taken down in the early 1980's. They have been sand blasted. Primed, and painted flat black with high quality enamel. They work superbly and are ready to be installed. The burrs around the hinge area were left for character. The strap is 24" long and with the hinge approximately 27 and 1/4" in total length and ... moreeach hinge weighs 4.7 pounds. Penn Antique Restoration. Pair of Restored Antique Steel Surface Mount Barn Door Strap Hinges. Charming. Antique, door strap hinges salvaged from Northeastern Pennsylvania. Each hinge is made of solid steel. Although both hinges have a grayish-silver color. It could vary depending upon your lighting. The first 2 photos show the front side of the hinges under 2 different lightings. At the point of salvage. The hinges were painted, dirty, and rusty(see last photo) Much time was spent thoroughly cleaning the hinges in attempt them to bring them back to their original splendor. PAIR of Antique Blacksmith hand forged wrought iron straps and matching hinges. Discovered in a horse carriage barn in Duxbury. Mass. Straps are 19" inches long. 1 1/2" inch wide at the widest area and the round tips are 1 1/4" across. Matching hinges are 9" inches long and 1 1/2" inch wide with a 1 1/2" long bolt that slides into the female end of straps. Straps and hinges are a 1/4 of an inch thick of forged iron. Beautiful primitive hand forged iron from the Colonial era. No cracks or breaks to metal. Wonderful patina- consistent with age and use

Old Wood Barn Farmhouse Cupboard Door Vintage Plus Part of Antique Hinges
This is a neat old barn door that could be reused on a cupboard or any project. It is 54" tall by 21 1/2" wide by 1" deep. The paint is flaking off and looks like it would be easy to strip the rest of it off. The hinges are 3 1/4" long by 1 1/2" wide. This doesn't include the part sticking up- just the part attached to the wood. I only have that part- I do not have the part that was attached to the wall. It also looks like it could be cleaned up nicely to show off the design. The latch is missing the slider piece.
