Circa 1910 Antique Golden Oak Wood Frame Beveled Glass Hall Mirror w Hooks
This golden oak hall mirror is in very good condition.It has its original bevel glass mirror and hooks. It has a dark oxidized finish that can be lightened up by removing the old finish with varnish remover. The bottom piece of wood looks to have been added to the frame many years ago. The stain/finish on that piece of wood is more reddish in color. The wood can be removed or can be stripped and stain with a dark brown stain. I have no doubt that this mirror was once the top part of a hall seat. It was removed and hung on the wall as a decorative and functional piece of furniture. The frame measures 28" tall x 24" wide. Insurance included with the mailing cost.

Antique Beam scale "50" Newark? weights, bars, hooks, some rust
It is very hard to read but I think I see the number 50 and WARK which I take to be the end of Newark. Weighs 7.5 pounds. Apparently you would hang weights on the empty end while the hook end held up chained platforms or trays. We only have what you see in the photos, this came from an estate sale. The long bar is about 20.5 inches long.

Part marking with the size only. One is marked USA Size 3, the longer one with the button end is unmarked as far as I can see, and the last one has no markings, is more finely carved. They look to be in great vintage condition. They certainly have been used, lovingly, I am certain. These belonged to my mother who loved all things to do with crochet. This lot consist of two cast iron double hooks and 4 cast iron single hooks. The double hooks are 7 ¼” wide and 3 ½” from top to bottom. These two hooks attach with one bolt in the back. The four single hooks are 3 5/8” from front to back and back plate is 2 ¼” high. These four hooks have 2 holes each for screws. No bolts or screws are included. All are in nice cond. Black Cast Iron Antique Reproduction Victorian Eastlake Plant Hooks Garden Arms
Up for auction are two sets of Antique Victorian Reproduction hooks for plants. Etc. These items appear to be made of a black-coated cast iron, although I am not sure. The arms on the hooks swivel from side to side so they can be adjusted if necessary. There are no mounting screws included with this set and the brackets have white paint on the back(see pics! These items do not exhibit any significant flaws. There may be minor areas of paint loss, rust, etc. Also, I can notice some minor"bending" on the bases, but nothing significant. Approximate Measurements: Base is 4"H x 1"W with boring holes 3-3/8" from center to center. The arm is approximately 17.5"Long giving the total extrusion an all-together approximate 19.5" If you have any questions. Please ask– once you bid, you create an obligation to buy!
