Selling is a wonderful antique hand blown clear glass epergne. The piece has one tall vase and 3 lower vases. The ormolu brass holder features bird or phoenix heads. The clear glass vase parts have ruffled edges. The center vase screws into place and the others ones sit in a holder. The piece measures almost 16" tall and 10" at the widest. The epergne is in very good condition. There are a couple shallow chips at the ruffled edge but these do not go all the way through the glass. This makes a beautiful centerpiece. Here we have a very fine Antique Art Glass Vase in two tone Pink Satin Cased Glass. The vase has a bulbous bottom and would hold a very nice size bouquet of flowers. The piece stands 10 1/2 inches tall& is in excellant condition. There are no chips. No cracks, no repairs. The color is very nice showcases the two tone look of the vase from deep pink down to white. The enamel relief is very nice and there are raised dots of white and gold enamel all arond the rosebuds. It is expertly applied to the side and sets this piece off as one elegant piece of Victorian Art Glass. The top edge has a special kind of ruffled treatment that really sets the vase apart from others of its kind. We have not found a signiture as of yet. Victorian Trumpet Vase- Chester 1897 This superb. Centrepiece vase is made of heavy, high gauge sterling silver in trumpet form. The body is decorated with extensive and exquisite repousse work and piercing, and culminates in a wide, flared undulating rim. It sits on a stepped foot with a brown leather disc covering the weighting to the base. It comes complete with its original clear glass liner. This piece displays superb craftsmanship and would make a superb display piece. The underside of the rim is clearly hallmarked for Chester 1897 with the maker’s mark of the highly regarded silversmith, James Deakin& Sons. This piece is in excellent condition with no dents. Dints or splits that I can find to the body or rim. The firm of Edward Moore and Co. was established at the Tyne Flint Glass Works. South Shields, in 1860. Their products were in great demand, and they exported to Europe and the colonies. They had a reputation for good quality and appeared at major exhibitions- they were the only exhibitors of pressed glass at the international exhibition at Crystal Palace in 1862. By 1881. The firm was suffering from the depression. The largest cone at the factory fell, but was rebuilt, and furnaces were relit which had been disused due to lack of orders. From 1882. The business boomed for the rest of the century. Patents were taken out on two new colours, eau de nil' and a caramel brown. Moore bought the moulds of Joseph Webb of Stourbridge in 1888. And the patterns were included in their new pattern book. In July 1891. The works were completely destroyed by fire, except for the 5 cones. However the works were re-built, and production began again in in May 1892. ANTIQUE VICTORIAN LILAC OPALINE ENAMELLED GLASS VASE
A lovely Victorian lilac glass vase. The opaline is firey red when held to the light. It has white enamelled flowers with gilding around them. There is also gilding on the rear. On the base is a snapped off pontil. Apart from the gilding being worn it is in perfect condition. 6" tall. 2.5" diameter at rim.

Late VICTORIAN Opaline Glass Basket Vase Applied Decoration CHERRIES & LEAVES
On offer is a late Victorian/ Edwardian period basket/ vase with applied decoration. C.1900 or thereabouts. The body of the piece is a creamy-coloured off-white; as you can see from the final photo, it fluoresces green under UV light and therefore has uranium content. The rim, handle and stalks of the decoration are amber with the cherries in cranberry/ red while the leaves are a combination of the two colours. These pieces with amber trailing on a creamy coloured body are often attributed to the Stourbridge glassmaker Stevens and Williams but a number of other companies in that region also produced items with applied decoration perhaps most notably Boulton and Mills. In any case. The decoration is very well done; the cherries hang very naturalistically on their stalks. The base has a neatly polished out pontil mark in the centre indicating ... morea good quality piece. Condition—absolutely excellent. No chips of cracks. Pleased to offer: antique Victorian Cranberry Reverse Thumbprint handpainted Vase( lamp fount) This cranberry glass vase is about 4 inches tall. I think the pattern is reverse thumbprint(lumpy texturing is on the inside) Hand painted with colorful flowers. The inside of the opening is rough with little chips. And the top half of the vase is dirty and wouldn't wash clean(sick glass? stained? hard water mark? It's a cute thing. Love the color. Looks great in a display case. I think this is a vase. Maybe a lamp fount.
