ITEM: This wonderful old banana stand was made by Dalzell. Gilmore, and Leighton in 1889 and is called the Eyewinker pattern. This is also known as Cannon Ball or Winking Eye. This syrup pitcher with metal lid measures 5 1/4" high to the top of the handle. A wonderful addition to any collection or would make a great gift. CONDITION: It is in good condition with tiny rough spots on heandle edge and a few bruises inthe glass in the base. Metal lid has seperated. There is a notch in the edge of the syrup that the sterling top and hinge slides over. The syrup is 4 ¾ inches tall and the base is 2 7/8 inches wide. The sterling lid and hinge weight is 34 + grams. Antique Glass Syrup Pitcher, Tin top Pat. July 15, 1884. cast in top
Listed is an antique glass syrup pitcher. It is in very nice condition. There are no chips or cracks in the glass part. The handle is perfect as is the rest of the glass body. The top looks to be made of tin and it is spring loaded to keep it closed. The hinge still works fine. However, the spring that holds the top closed has come loose from the top and I don't want to try and reattach it, as I don't want to damage the top. The top has one small dent in it which I'm sure you can see in the pics. It is pretty minor. The inside of the top has a Patent date cast in it as you can see in a few of the pics. It reads: PAT. JUL 15. 84. The pitcher is 8" tall. 4 1/2" from front to back of handle and almost 3 1/2" wide at the base. This pitcher is in wonderful condition for it's age. Please feel free to ask questions.

Circa 1880s Unique swirl pattern with a threaded base and top under the lid. Original lid. Textured pattern. No chips or flea bites. There is a heat check by the applied handle. This occured when the handle was applied to the body. Very common occurance with hand blown glass because of the intense heat needed for the application. It does appear as a crack. Straight from the farmhouse dinner table. Thick clear glass. With a hidden spout, by what looks like, a pewter hinged lid. It is possible to duplicate the design, but not the age. This is a true"old" piece. Measuring it with the lid in place, at 7 1/2 inches high. Across the bottom center, it is 3 3/4. There are some excellent markings of age to this piece. No cracks or chips. On the handle there are two lines, possibly from the stone of a ring. These are not cracks. And yes, there should be signs of use from the lid. It is an old piece. It measures 7 1/2" high X 3" base diameter and is free from chips. Dings, hairlines etc. Painted decoration appears to be complete and original. Metal parts in great useable condition. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks on the glass which is embossed with raised tulips/flowers and has an applied handle. The lid/pourer is the spring hinge type. Lovely pressed glass syrup pitcher daisy type pattern. Very pretty pattern- glass is quite heavy considering its size. Maker unknown. Excellent condition- there are some tiny nibbles on the exterior of the handle from use. Also straw like marks in the glass which occurred during manufacture. Original metal lid which shows some wear due to age. There is some slight staining on the interior of the syrup due to whatever was stored in it. Vintage Ruby Red Flash Glass Comemorative Cream or Syrup Pitcher, Leeds ND
To this point I've been unable to determine the manufacturer of this fine old comemorative syrup or cream pitcher. Leeds. ND was founded in 1887 and is still a small farming community in north central North Dakota. Literature suggests this piece was made in the early years following WW I. The exquisite little pitcher is in excellent vintage condition. There are nor chips or rough places on any surface. Especially the rim. The applied handle is straight and true and reflects the craftsmanship of its designer. The flashed, pressed glass design is an inverted hearts style and quite involved. There are some very small scratches on the Ruby Red portion, but for its age they are insignificant. Questions? Please ask.

Antique Signed Heisey Glass Syrup Decanter/Pitcher ~ Deep Etching ~ Silver Lid
This is a beautiful example of hand pressed. Fire polished Heisey Glass. Glass syrup decanter with silver lid. Fine and delicate looking design etched into glass at varying depths. A floral design with starburst elements and the continuous geometric patterns give it a modern look. But it is an earlier piece. It is marked with Heisey Glass Company trademark. The diameter nd containing the H on either side of the spout. The silver lid is marked'Pat'd April 5. 1910' The lid fits tight but easily removed for filling or cleaning. The lid has a spring spout. It is a very attractive piece. Usable and collectible. On close inspection there are light scratches/blemishes& bubbles. They appear to be primarily fro manufacture. It is difficult to see. This is a vintage heavy. Thick small glass pitcher. It originally had a cork and was used for honey and syrups. It measures 6" tall x 6" from handle to spout. The spout is unusual, as it appears to have been cut off so it is squatty or stubby. The cut edge is not polished. The bottom is marked"W" inside a circle and the number 13. Offered is a very nice EAPG syrup pitcher made by Adams& Company in circa 1885 and then U.S. Glass in circa 1891. It is in the Valencia Waffle pattern and is an apple green color. It glows next to a black ultraviolet light like vaseline or uranium glass. It has a pewter looking lid that is labeled on the inside with PAT.JUL.15.84. It is in very good condition. It has a line in the glass where the top of the handle is applied tp the syrup and it is on the inside. They are actually just small lines made by the glass craftsman when applying the handle. The lid is made of copper or brass, uncertain? and has had a bit of work on it from breakege or is just very old. Although I cannot say just how old. The glass is brilliant diamond cut and is very heavy for it's size. The bottom of this piece has something on it but we cannot make it out. Antique Victorian Opalescent Ice Blue Striped BLOWN GLASS SYRUP PITCHER
Up for auction, Gorgeous Victorian Era Blown Glass Antique Syrup Pitcher. Beautiful Opalescent and Ice Blue Striped Glass. ORIGINAL spout and hinged lid. Measures approx. 7-1/2" tall by 5-1/2" wide inc. handle. There appears to be a hairline crack that runs from the rim to the base on a diagonal line. We put water in the pitcher and set it outside on a paper towel. After three hours there was not a drop of water on the towel. There was a little sweating to the outside glass but no apparent leaking. It could have been manufactured like this or it could be a mold/seam line.I am unsure but it doesn't leak. 19th Century Glass Syrup Pitcher EAPG Date April 26, 1881 March 28, 1882 Antique
This is an EAPG Clear Syrup Pitcher. The top is made of tin or possibly pewter. Which also opens and closes nicely. The top is also imprinted with two dates. April 26, 81 and March 28, 82. The pitcher is 7.5" high, 4" wide, 3.25" wide at the base. Overall the pticher is in very good condition. But, if you look at the last two scans you will see the main issues with the piece. First there are two small scratches on the glass on one side. Also, the last scan shows some slight wear and discoloration on one corner. Please, check out my! Please. Serious bidders only.
