LOVELY 1880'S VICTORIAN ART GLASS BLUE PITCHER W APPLIED AMBER SHELL HANDLE
This is a lovely little 1880's Victorian blown glass Blue pitcher- It has an inverted thumbprint design and an applied Amber Reeded handle with a Shell base- It is approximately 5" tall. 4" from lip to handle, 2 1/4" across the top opening and 4" diameter- The pitcher is in excellent condition; no chips, cracks or crazing- There are some bubbles in the glass due to being hand blown by artisans.

Antique Victorian Bowl &Pitcher Burgundy Chamber Set with Grecian Border Design
This is a lovely Antique Victorian 6 Piece Chamber Set which is Burgundy with a gold Grecian Border. It consists of a large bowl measuring 15 inches round by 5.5 inches tall and a large pitcher measuring 14.5 inches tall with an 8.5" x 1" handle. It is 7 inches in diameter at the widest point with a 5.5 inch round base. There is also a smaller picture which is 8 inches tall with a 5.5 inch span from the handle to spout and 3.25 inch base. It is 4.5 inches in diameter at the widest point. In addition there is a 3 piece soap dish with the original drain piece there is also a covered comb dish measuring 8.5" x 3" A small handled cup does have some repair as seen in the picture it is 4.5 inches tall with a 3.5 inch rim and 2 inch base. There is some age related where on the inside bottom of the bowl and small chip on the underside ... moreof the lid of the soap dish. Also some slight crazing on certain areas, and a hairline on the bottom of the bowl base. Based on the age of this item I feel this is great condition! This listing is for an Antique. Victorian Enameled Milk or Cream Pitcher in Aqua Blue. The piece has a beautiful hand painted portrait of a boy in Victorian dress standing with plants around him. The boy is in a bright orange and red colored jacket, white shirt, black tie, purple trousers, white socks and black shoes. The painting is amazingly high quality in layers which can be felt and seen. The top is trimmed in gold. The pitcher is aqua blue. The glass is blown with a polished pontil mark on the bottom. The handle is applied. The pitcher has a paneled optic with light scallops on the top rim. There are no maker or designer marks. The piece has a slight glow under UV light. The pitcher is likely Bohemian dating to the 1800's. I consider it a variety of the Mary Gregory style. It is in excellent condition and a fantastic piece of Victorian ... moreart. The pitcher measures 5 1/4" high. 2 3/4" in diameter at the rim, 3 1/8" in diameter at the widest and weighs 10.6 oz. The piece is free of chips. Cracks, fleabites and repairs. The artwork is in pristine condition with no marks or nicks even under close inspection. The gold trim is excellent with one scallop on the rim worn bald. The foot has light wear from over a century of display. There are no signs of use on the interior or heavy mineral deposits. Antique Victorian bolted metal Ewer. With a reddish bodied center, scrolled handle and multiple details. 19-3/4" Tall. 8" Wide, 4-1/2" Deep, 5-3/4" Base and weighs 7 lbs. 15oz. On each side of the ewer there are medallion heads. A King(crowned male) and on the other side is a Queen(crowned female) Late 1800's or early 1900's. Dragon like head at the top of the handle. Lion head on each side, monkeys hanging on outer lower edge of center, and extensive scroll detail. Any Ring or Decorative piece that may have originally been hanging from the area of the Lions mouth was not there when this was acquired. Made of cast metal. There are sections that are bronze, brass and silver colored. There is a rod that runs vertically through the piece to hold it together. Which is typical for ewers and urns of this period. A previously owned and used I assume very lightly Victorian Hand painted beverage set. No chips. Nicks or cracks on pitcher. No cloudiness from use. The pitcher does have a few small bubbles in the glass on the spout and there is a horizontal straw line or flaw below the spout on side of the pitcher about 3/4" long. White enamel hand decorated/painted floral design on blue optic glass. The glass is wavy, not a new reproduction. The Pitcher is 11" tall at the spout and 6" wide at the widest part. The tumblers are 4" tall 3 7/8" wide across top rim. Two of the tumblers do have pin prick sized fleabites on the rim. They are very hard to see or feel, you have to really be looking for them. This Pitcher has the appearance of being used a great deal. As there is considerable loss of the gilding on the handle. Other than that, there only 1 small chip to the paint. This phenomenal Victorian glass set is a clear heavy quality glass cased with a decadent ruby red glass surface(not stained on color) This is superbly decorated with cut pinwheel& polished stars. Spirals and thumbprint paneled bands at their bases. Has no makers mark The pitcher hold about 1 ½ quarts. It is 9 1/4” tall at its highest point x 7 3/8” spout to handle. Its upper rim is approximately 4 ¼” in diameter and flares to 5 7/8” in diameter at its base. Each tumbler is about 8 oz. and they measure 3 7/8” tall x just under 2 ¾” in diameter. Overall the set is in excellent condition with some very light surface scuffs on the undersides from age& use. As is common. We have a beautiful 1970's Avon Victorian Pitcher and Bowl made by Fostoria Glass for Avon. Jadeite Green Slag Glass. It also has a sculptured rose design for the stopper. The silver plate is in good condition as shown in the pictures with wonderful shine. The inside is extremely clean for a pitcher of this age and shows no wear or ... morestaining. There is a monogram which looks like a CC but please look at the pictures for yourself to determine the monogram. The pitcher is pre 1912. Before Quadruple Plate was discontinued. This is for a really beautiful Victorian Pink Opalescent Swirl Tall Creamer or Milk Pitcher produced during the 1890's. It is in great shape with no chips. Cracks, or repairs. Perfectly applied clear handle with no heat check. There is residue on the inside from use over the years. This would have to be cleaned or tumbled to remove it. Measures 6 1/4" tall. THE FLOW BLUE IS A VERY NICE RICH DARK BLUE THAT BLED SO MUCH THE BACKGROUND LOOKS LIGHT BLUE. THERE IS A NICE MOULD DESIGN AROUND THE SPOUT. PLEASE SEE PICUTURES. IT MEASURES 6 1/4" TALL AND 5 1/4" WIDE FROM SPOUT TO HANDLE. IT IS NOT MARKED AS TO MAKER. I TRIED TO CAPTURE HOW NICE THIS JUG IS SO PLEASE IGNORE THE WHITE MARKS. 1894 Victorian Milk Glass Syrup Pitcher Hand Painted Alba Pattern Dithridge
This is a charming and lovely Victorian Era hand painted“Alba” Spider/ Honeycomb patterned milk glass handled syrup pitcher. The Dithridge Glass Company made the pitcher around 1894. This syrup pitcher is shown as item#139 in Ferson’s Yesterday's Milk Glass Today(pps. 36/37) It measures around 4" across at the bulb base and is 5 3/4" tall. The glass is in great shape considering its age. There is a stable hairline along top of one side of the molded handle which does not carry to the other side. It is missing the top portion of the metal lid and there looks to be some loss to the paint. Please see our pictures for further details. We always pack well and charge only actual shipping costs.
