There are two things with this c. 1900 French Eperge vase trio-1) it's homeless 2) it's slightly dusty. Both are easily remidied. This is an amazing piece. C. 1900 and is signed Paris France, and some other letters that are too tiny for me to read. It's from a prominent Boston estate and I bought it over 15 years ago at a"ticket only" meaning invatiation only) estate sale that was only open to friends of the family. I paid about what I'm listing it for. I had never seen one that was not missing pieces or broken, this is intact and has no damage. It's got a silverplated base. You won't find another on ebay there are not any on here. They are very rare pieces in any condition nevermind in mint condition like this one is.

OOAK OLD Rare 19th Century Antique French Green Opaline Large Vase/Caraffe
This is a simply fabulous and unique piece. The family originally purchased a pair and used them to store salt. They come from an estate of one of the first Dutch se ttlers to Pennsylvania. The age is indicated by the small bubbles in the glass. And by the styling of the piece. It would be a gorge ous vase or display piece. It stands 12 1/2" high by 5" wide at the widest part of the base. The color is holding up well with only gentle fading. This is a quality piece. There are no detectable cracks. I believe it is likely a souvenir of a Grand Tour during the"Belle Epoch" era of the late nineteenth century. The small urn is a classic shape and the ormolu is really special. The center cartouche is a winged cherub playing the harp. This piece measures 6" high. 3 1/2" across at the handles and 1 3/4" at the bolted base. On offer we have a French hand-painted vase. It is beautifully detailed with a merry cherub with blue wings playing a trumpet(with a backup one at his feet) and gliding along some clouds and draperies(so very French) with a pair of doves and has a gilded rim. Collar, and bottom edge. There is 1 tiny flake chip on the bottom edge that has been touched up somewhere along the way. This little vase measures just 4" tall and 2.5" at the widest point. Robert Lallemant(1902-1954) It is easy to see why the art deco works of French ceramiste Robert Lallemant are highly sought by collectors. Lallemant fused a playful. Graphic style of drawing with modernist ceramic forms and popular themes from French culture, folklore, and history. This lamp base, made by Lallemant in the 1920s or 30s, is a beautiful example. It is a sculptural piece with a cubist aesthetic; parallel lines, angles and slight curves, beautiful from all sides. The front of the lamp features a colorful drawing entitled"Chasse à Chantilly, with horses, riders and dogs prancing and dancing on rolling hills near the city. I obtained from an antique appraiser through Just Answer.com, these beautiful vases, which appear to be reproduction, most likely date to the first decade of the 1900s. This style of high Art Nouveau with lots of floral realism was fashionable during the period 1900- 1905. I believe they are French in origin. Though where they were actually cast remains a mystery because of the lack of a foundry mark. The signature appears to be that of Louis Ernest Barrias(1844- 1905) a French artist and sculptor of some standing in the Beaux Arts School of Paris in the late 1800s. The vases are beautifully designed with the signature whiplash curves of Art Nouveau and expertly made in what appears to be polychrome bronze which looks like a combination of patination(the verdigris green areas) and ... morecold painting(thered) a style of finish that was popular at that time. The flowers are poppies on one-side. And what looks like thistles on the other. This auction is for a Sevres turquoise vase. It is in very good condition. Just normal wear, no scratches and no breakage that I can see. I inherited this vase from a family member so I am not an expert about it but it is very beautiful. I don't believe there have been any repairs or touchups but I really don't know for sure. Victorian/ Romantic French Style Antique Vase/ Makers mark -gold rimming
This vase has been down through my family so all I know is that is was my great grandmothers and I am 50. I would guess it's date to be late 1800.S to early 1900,s. It appears to be glazed ceramic, porcelain, or both. It has a mother of pearl glaze and its beautiful rainbow colored along with the gold rimming on it. It stands 21" high and 24' in circumference by handles. The bottom has a stamp of MADE IN TIAWAN with a makers mark of DR in a circle. If anyone has any info they would like to share or questions I would love to hear from you, if not bid accordingly. Thanks(will try to get better pic of makers mark in sunlight to add when its sunny)

18C 1753 FRENCH LARGE SEVRES PORCELAIN VASE BRONZE MOUNTED HAND PAINTED NoRES This listing is for a 18th century Sevres porcelain hand painted vase with gilt bronze mounts. The vase dates to the first year of Sevres general production 1753-1754. It measures 18 1/2 or 47 cm high. It measures 11 inches or 28 cm wide at the handles. The base is marked with the Sevres mark with an"A" and an impressed"H" The vase is beautifully decorated and Sevres used a variety of techniques to achieve this decorative beauty. The body and the foot of the vase are connected by a bolt and long stud. The gilt bronze ormolu base is also held to the vase by the same means. The body of the vase itself has both flat and raised porcelain work. The raised work of the two applied gold leaf handles continues into the body of the vase and flanks both ... morehand painted reserves. The reserve on the front shows a sweet scene of two young women conversing in a bucolic setting as a small smiling girl folds laundry. The reserve in the back of the vase is a basket filled with roses hanging from a purple ribbon. This reserve has a hand painted leaf and berry border. The background of the vase and foot are in Sevres Celeste blue and white. The design is cleverly done with white and applied gold dots simulating a field of flowers. The top of the vase is fluted and scalloped and has much applied gold. The condition overall is excellent and the bronze foot is original to the vase. Both ends of the handles show old restoration. This restoration is limited to the very ends of the handles and does not extend to the body of the vase or the rest of the handles. A beautiful example of early Sevres porcelain work. 19th century Sevres urn with Ormalu. Beautiful cobalt blue which depicts a lady sitting with a winged cherub kneeling. The back shows a horn with an arrow through it.The top depicts a lady with a winged cherub sitting at a table. It is in good condition. Measures 7" tall and 3" at its widest point. Beautiful addition to any collection. I am not an antique collector so I have tried to give you as much information as possible. But this is a stunning piece. I have been told it is dated 1867. The finish is bronze color but I show pictures of the inside and it could be painted bronze over spelter but most works done by Nelson were in bronze.
