MID-CENTURY PAIR OF ORIGINAL BRASS TABLE LAMPS PARZINGER STYLE For consideration is a pair of heavy brass lamps I believe are made by Stiffel due to the shape. Size, and weight of each lamp. The lamps feature a combination of brushed. Lacquered brass and yellow painted sections which are also lacquered. They are made of cast and solid brass The lamps are a torchiere type and have matching glass diffuser shades. The shades are made by National Home Lamp Council# 955. It's my guess that these are a Parzinger design based on the use of lacquered paint combined with brushed brass. Each lamp measures approx. 35" high from the base to the top of the glass shade. They measure approx. 30" tall from the base to the top of the light socket. The base is 7" in diameter. The on/off switch is a turn style knob on the base. Each lamp ... morehas a 3-way light socket.you can use a standard bulb or 3/way bulb. Each lamp weighs 13 pounds 9 ounces(including the shade) without including packing materials. Condition: The lamps are in very good to excellent working condition with no dents or major flaws. There is some very light patina on a few areas of the lamp which can be seen in the pictures. The lamps has been tested. Wir ing is in good condition. However. I do recommend testing the wiring prior to installation. The bowl measures about 5 1/4" across and about 2" tall. Condition: I have not found any chips. Cracks, or repairs! Please look over the pictures carefully! As with all antique glass there may be some imperfections including: bubbles. This pretty little urn was produced by the Akro Agate Glass Co. and was a promotional item put out by the Vogue Mercantile Co. of New York City from 1932 until 1951. The urn is embossed on the bottom with Made in U.S.A. and Vogue Mercantile Co. New York City. The urn is aqua blue. Has a height of 3 inches, and a width of 2.5 inches. Would make a lovely toothpick holder, miniature vase or miniature planter. Condition is good. There is a tiny chip on the top rim along the outside edge. There is also a rough spot on the bottom edge. Just above the word Co.

This is the second time in two weeks listing a peacock at the urn carnival glass bowl. This is what I collect so when I do purchase one.I don't sell it because it's for me. These couple of weeks however I am breaking up my beaded cable rosebowl collection(you can see my two best ones on here now for bid) and loosening the reins on a couple of my peacocks. The fenton one is gone and this Millersburg Peacock Bowl is the only other one I'm parting with out of my collection. This is a lovely and very large IceCreamShape bowl. It is 10" wide and the base color is purple or amethyst. There is a small nick on the underneath area of the collar and you can't see it from looking at the back. You can only feel it with your hands. The iridescence is the other thing. It is very nice but I wish ther were more of it. Melon or urn type shape, with a Pebbled pattern texture on the interior, the exterior is smooth. The pebbling starts at the top small and close together, as it moves down the canister the pattern widens and then turns smooth about half way down. The lid has a detachable plastic seal, the top is gorgeous with a Swirl pattern and iridescent- Carnival Glass purple, green, gold and a touch of blue. The outer rim of the lid is primarily iridescent purple. It does not have a makers mark, it does have a 5 marked on the bottom. The bottom of the canister has normal surface wear and a few small scratches from use. Upon close inspection. I found the interior of the glass has a thin angled bubble line from manufacturing, approximately 3 inches long towards the top middle area of the canister. It has tiny bubbles and is not a solid line, but stops and starts again. A wide vertical straw line is on the outside of the canister. This inside rim of the opening has a rough area with small flea bites(one is a little larger more like a chip) In my opinion, it looks like it was a thin piece of overflow glass and it wasn't sanded down during manufacturing. I believe removing and replacing the lid over the years, has nicked at the thin part of glass. It does not show at all with the lid on and in my opinion doesn't effect it's usability. But I cannot find any markings on it so please look at the design and make your own determination. It has beautiful etched panels depicting a floral pattern Approx. 9 1/2" tall to the top of the finial. There is some lose of gold color on the finial and trim as shown in the pictures. The inner rim(the part that sits inside the bottom dish) has some chips as shown in the pics. These are not visible when the lid is on.

This is a rare and beautiful Victorian urn circa 1890-1900. This 12" tall brass urn also features a section of milk glass an hand painted glass. Stunning Frosted Glass 2 Part ART DECO STYLE FLOWER FROG featuring a nude maiden partially draped in a flowing gown with a flower in her hair carrying a water urn. She has a Mona Lisa type smile on her face. The top section comes apart from the base and measures 9" tall by 3" across(10 1/2" with base) It is in perfect condition. The base has nine holes and is 4 3/4" diameter(it has 2 flea bites and 1 minor chip off the bottom edge. It has a nice heavy weight and feel- around 3 3/4 pounds! Please see ALL photos. Antique Chinese 7 Sided Reverse Painted Glass Panel w Women Pewter Tea Caddy Urn This is a nice Chinese antiquity. We believe it is from the late Qing Dynasty(late 1800s) I also believe it is pewter. But I am not certain. The tea caddy/urn is seven sided and each side has a panel of glass that has been reversed painted on with scenes of women-I don’t think there is a single man in any of the panels. The tea caddy is about 7” tall x 3-3/4” wide. This is a heavy piece and it weighs 2 pounds and 5 ounces. It is marked in“old” Chinese/Mandarin characters. I believe the marks are for Swatow-however. I am not sure. There are signs of wear such as dings. Dents, bent feet, etc. The lid does come off, but it is a tight fit. Old Antique Urn Style Clear Glass Vase W/ Maker's Mark -
Up for auction is an old clear glass urn style vase. It's age is not known. The piece stands aproximately 10 1/2 inches tall and has a 6 1/2 inch diameter at it's widest point. The vase does have the maker's mark on bottom. However, I am unable to read the embossed mark. This vase is in good condition. It has many of the maker's flaws that you would expect in old glass. The two vertical side seams are pronounced. The glass thickness varies throughout the vase. Several mold marks can be either seen or felt along the body. The thickness variations can be felt from the inside. The piece is slightly out of shape, The maker's mark missed the center of the base when embossed. There are no chips or cracks. I did notice two horizontal scratches that were about an inch long on the body. There are bound to be other scratches or ... moremarks on the vase as I'm sure it was used at one time. But again. There are no chips or cracks on this glass vase. The flaws are purely those of the maker. The variations in the glass thickness is what drew my eyes to this vase. It wasn't until I had it for a while that I noticed the shape was slightly'out of round' as your eyes go around it. It's really a great piece of old glass. To me. It looks best under light.
