They have beautiful stoppers but I am not sure which goes on which so I am selling them together. Actually. The stoppers look great on either bottles. The shorter bottle measures 5 3/4" tall to the top of the rounded stopper and about 2 3/4" wide. The taller bottle measures 7 1/2" to the stopper top and about 2"across the base. Neither are marked but these were estate finds and I believe are vintagea EAPG bottles.I have also taken photos with the tops switched so you can see how they look on both bottles. A pair of antique French opaque gray art glass perfume/scent bottles. From the base to the top of the stopper they measure 8-7/8" tall. Enameled white dot trim on stopper as well as gold accent. Hand painted design on each bottle is absolutely beautiful. Raised enamel on the petals and leaves. Beautiful detail on the butterflies. These bottles are in good condition with no cracks in the glass. There is a very tiny chip on one of the stopper at the very top where the white accent dots are placed. Very slight wear to some of the gold trim at the edges. These imperfections do not take way from the beauty of these pieces. They are really lovely antique collectibles! No maker's mark. hi. this is a rare antique Victorian miniature perfume etui vitrine. heavy beveled lass on top and the front and wonderful blue and gold velvet on the box with brass rings on each side and a brass doorknob to open the door. This wonderful vintage collectable was recently rescued from an Estate Auction. DESCRIPTION#594: Looking for a new forever home is this rescued VINTAGE MILK GLASS RETRO VANITY SET with ADDITIONAL PERFUME BOTTLES. One in gorgeous ONYX BLACK. This lot consists of a three piece matching set in WHITE milk glass, with wave and dot pattern gold accents. Very elegant, there are two matching perfume or body splash bottles with china stoppers. Three more bottles, one very tall and thin, one squat and angular with a gold squeeze bulb that has deteriorated off the bottle where it joins. There is a little piece of tape holding it there, you can see this on one of the photos. A very unusual black shiny bottle really is a show stopper. The shape is extrordinary, on its own and then when you take the top off. wow. The handle extends down elegantly into ... morethe bottle to touch gently your signature fragrance, then transfers that scent delicately to your earlobes or decolletage! Black bottle has a sort of random gold leaf pattern on the front, see photos, almost looks like marbled gold leaf. Entire lot sold together because I rescued them all from the same estate and I want to keep them together. No major issues with any piece, just as I mentioned the gold thread hose and bulb has separated from the bottle& is held together with a little roll of tape. Antique/Old Glass Perfume Bottles In Wood Case~Salesman Samples!!
This is an incredible and very old Salesman's sample case of perfume bottles~I'm guessing 1920's-1930's but could be older. The case is wood. Distressed from use, the hinges are now rusted and the handle at the top is what appears to be suede. The hinges are all intact and the top of the box still latches securely to the bottom. The inside of the box is a thin, purple fabric that's adhered to all areas. The inside smells very musty, probably from age and storage and the outside of the box is dirty/dusty. Just lends to the authenticity in my opinion. The four glass bottles inside have ground stoppers. The stopper on the bottle w/o a label will not come out and may have been glued. The other stoppers come out easily. The square bottles are just shy of 6.5" tall and 2-1/4" wide on the four sides, the round bottles ... moreare just shy 6-3/4" tall and are almost 2-3/4" wide at the front, so these are large bottles in the perfume world. One round bottle has a label that reads"Lazell's Coronaria" and New York. Very hard to see are the words"Crabapple Blossom" and"Concentrated Essence" The two square bottles say"Leffleur&Co" St. Louis, MO and"The guage Of Quality" All four bottles are in great shape for their age but there's some flea bites and chips around the neck of the bottle w/o a label. The stoppers show minute signs of use but in very good condition with some minor chipping. This case would make an excellent display for the perfume collector, lover of antiques and ephemera, for a boutique/shoppe owner or given as a gift. Definitely a part of history! The case measures 12.5" tall with the lid up, 10" tall with it closed, 12" tall to top of handle, 13-1/4" wide and a depth of 3.5" at the sides.Weighs 4 lbs.+12 oz. before packing materials and box. Here we have to offer a very old Lavender Swirl Glass Perfume Bottles with matching Glass Dish. These are in excellent condition for their age. Please note that the original glass stopper for the one bottle was broken and was replaced with a new one with a heart and glass flowers as shown. This set is marked on the bottom with a bull face design. This set came from California and I was told that it is very old and belonged to a stage dancer. Her mother said that when she was a little girl she remembers that it used to set on her dresser and she would use it before she went on. Please use the pictures above for your description. Here we have a very beautiful pair of Antique Victorian Art Glass Perfume bottles. The blue opaque glass is all hand blown and decorated. The bottles are in mint condition with only some gold wear. The white enamel is just the best showing the flowers against the glass in high art glass style. The bottles stand 10 1/4" tall by 3" in dia at the middle wide point. There are not chips cracks nor breaks that we can find. The one top finial is not as rounded as the other. The gold trim is worn on the bottles from over 120 years of normal use. Each bottle is marked on the bottom with its own number. One is 50 the other is 52. We would call these Bristol glass due to their enameled decoration. Must see in person to fully appreciate. But from my research, I believe these are from the late 1800's or early 1900's era. The bird paintings inside are just GORGEOUS-so ... morecolorful and highly detailed. They are painted on the front and back sides, and each painting is different on each bottle. The white"spoons" are attached to cork inside and look and feel like they are hand-carved-I am not sure if the material used is bone or some other kind of plastic-like material. The stopper tops are 2 different colors of green jade, and they too, look and feel like they were hand-carved. The lighter one has a"line" inside of it, but it is smooth on the outside, so I don't know if it has always been that way, or if the stone was damaged during the making of the bottle or later in it's life. Each bottle is about 3 1/2" tall, and one bottle is about 1 14/16" wide, and the thinner one is about 1 9/16" wide. I don't see or feel any other chips/cracks/possible damage/etc. I also do not see that these bottle have a signature, unless it is worked in the paintings somehow. This auction is for 5 Antique French Silver& Cut Glass Perfume or DRESSER JARS. All 5 pieces are hallmarked with the MINERVA mark in the squared shield for.950(95% Silver; there is also a diamond shaped markers mark which is so small which looks like dots inside. The tall oval jar measures 3 7/8 inches in height and 2 5/8 inches across the base. The round jar measure 1 3/4 inches in height and 2 3/8 inches across the base. The remaining three jars measure approximately 3 3/4 inch of an in height and 2 1/4 inches in width and just over 1 1/2 inches in depth- all three have screw on caps(which work well) with two of them still having the inside glass stoppers; however. Each of the caps have dents in them- I have tried to position them in one photograph in such a way that you can clearly see the dents. There is some very minor nibbling to ... morethe cut glass. VINTAGE GLASS STOPPERS FOR DECANTERS / PERFUME BOTTLES / MEDICINE BOTTLES
You are viewing 7 vintage glass stoppers that would have been used for decanters/medicine bottles/perfume bottles. Starting with the first single picture: is a long tube like stopper. Fairly light so I assume it is not solid but there are no open ends. Has some stains, and is lightly frosted and has the number 7527 engraved on it. It is 4 1/4 in long and the top is 1/2 in diameter. 2nd single: clear solid glass. Has some chips and scratches on stem from use. It is 1 1/8 in long, 1in. diameter at the top. 3rd single: light green solid glass. Some chips. It is 1 1/2 in tall and 1 in diameter. 4th single: light green solid glass. Bubbles in the glass, no chips or cracks. It is 1 1/4 in tall and the top is 1 in diameter. 5th single: clear solid glass. Looks like a dobber with the top of the stem is like a screw. There is bubbles in the dobber ... morepart and is possibly lightly stained or maybe even just dirty on the dobber. No chips or cracks. It is 2 1/4 in long and the top is a little over 1/2 in. in diameter. 6th single: clear glass stopper. Probably newer as the glass is thicker but not a solid piece. The edges of the stopper have wear on them from use. There are a few bubbles in the glass. It is 2 1/4 in tall and 1 1/2 in. in diameter. 7th single: emerald green glass. Hollow in the indside, ribbed on the outside. No chips or cracks in the glass but there are lines in it from when it was made. It is 7 1/4 in long and the widest part is about 1 1/2 in. diameter. These were part of my collection and I am downsizing due to starting a new collection of something else that has caught my eye. review pics carefully and ask any questions I will ship within 2 business days after receiving payment and expect payment within 3 days of the end of auction. Beautiful Pair of Ice Blue Czech Perfumes w Stoppers Up for your consideration are these absolutely gorgeous pair of Czech perfumes. Both are identical and consist of a base and stopper. They are glass, ice blue in color with almost an iridescent color under the flash and at some angles, both have a pillow shape for a base with ridges on the four sides, inside of the neck is ground, the stopper is slightly triangular shaped with ridges as well, flat on the top which makes the top appear to be a solid blue in the pictures, ground stopper tip, both are acid etched on the bottom"Czecho- and"Slovakia" under that.not on the same line, two lines. There are no daubers, nor do I feel there ever was.the tips of the stoppers are smooth at the tip, I do not see or feel any remains of a dauber. Both are marked, one seems to hold condensation ... morea little more, not sure why. They measure 3" X 3" on the bottom, the stopper is 3 1/4" tall including the dauber, total they measure 5" tall. Pair of Elegant Antique Filagree Blown Glass Dresser Perfume Cologne Toilette Bottles tray not included in listing click picture to enlarge I pleased to be offering this antique pair of hand made mold blown glass cologne bottles encased with a silver colored filigree overlay. Silver tray not included in listing* This set comes with one round or globe shaped bottle and one cylinder shaped bottle. Both hand made. They have 3 visible vertical side seams stopping at the bottom neck of the bottle. The round bottle has a flared lip finish where the cylindrical bottle appears to have an applied lip finish. The round bottle and solid matching stopper have a swirl mold blown pattern which is felt from both the inside and outside of the bottle where the cylinder bottle has a smooth finish. Both bottles appear to have been made with removable base plates, ... morehowever, they do differ, and the casing makes it difficult to examine. Both stoppers appear to have an original fit, although I question the stopper for the cylinder shaped bottle due to the metal casing not being an exact pattern match as well as it being the only piece to show wear to the casing. The stopper does fit into the bottle nicely as an original stopper would. Characteristics of glass are indicative of glass made in the ca. 1900 time period or earlier. Both created with an elegant silver colored leaf/vine robust casing. This could be silver plate or pewter(not magnetic) True composition remains unknown. These have been black light tested and glow a very deep fluorescent yellow color. Another sign of ca. 1800-1900 dated glass, with the exception of American Brilliant Period which glows Apple Green- sometimes. Keeping in mind all black lights will result in different colors depending on the black light properties. I have tested many different types of glass, Early American Pressed, American Brilliant Cut, Depression Contemporary or Modern, Czech, and other European, and can now leverage my particular black light to distinguish, along with other glass char
