Lovely Bohemian Kralik or Loetz Candia Papillon Art Glass Brides Basket Bowl
This Lovely Bohemian Art Glass Bowl measures about 3" tall and about 6-3/4" at its widest diameter. It was produced by either Loetz or Kralik. Both firms produced this type of glass. A better investigation could lead to who produced this piece based on shape. It is just as lovely either way in my opinion. And doesn't really matter. it is a fantastic piece of Art Glass.

For sale is an antique elegant glass bowl and silver plated stand from Reed and Barton. The piece measures 9 3/4" across and stands 6 3/8" tall. The bowl is richly designed with birds in flight. Flowers, grapes, and scroll work. The bowl is in excellent condition and has a ground knob that fits into the center well of the stand. The stand appears to have its silver plating intact; it is tarnished, but should polish up well. Marked Reed and Barton on the glass and on the silver plated stand. BRIDES BASKET SILVER ANTIQUE NORTHWOOD CHRYSANTHEMUM BLUE& WHITE SWIRL BOWL
This is a rare antique brides basket with a silver plated base and a beautiful blue and white art glass diamond pattern design. This silver plated base has a lovely floral design and stands 6' tall to the top of the handles 6 1/4" across from handle to handle. I can find any markings on the silver plated base. The handles of the silver plated base are unique in design. It does have two small marks on each side of the handles which looks like something may have been attached to the piece. The glass bowl fit's tight inside the base and has a swirl pattern design with a white opalescent swirl. The top of the art glass has a flat polished edge. I believe this to be a rare antique piece of hand blown in a mold Northwood's chrysanthemum swirl. Victorian Brides Basket Silverplate Quadruple Plate Clear-Cased Peach Glass Bowl
For sale is a beautiful brides basket bowl sitting in an ornate handled quadruple silver plated stand. The fluted bowl is a gorgeous peach color all over except for a clear cased upper edge; there may be a peach case on top of the clear case or it's an optical illusion. I can't tell which. It's in excellent antique condition: No chips, breaks, cracks, or repairs. I do see bubbles and a couple of minute rough spots in the glass, all part of having been manufactured over a hundred years ago; there are scratches in the glass, but because I can not feel them, I think they might literally be IN the glass. The bowl is unmarked and has a smoothe pontil with one rough spot. It measures 8 1/2" across the top, 3 1/2" tall, and 3 7/8" across the base/foot. The stand is incredibly ornate with ribbed handles that form a knot ... moreat the top and have one strawberry and three sets of three leaves on each side. The handles connect in four places to a 6 3/4" round base base with a 4" diameter hole that receives the base of the bowl. The base has a ribbed bottom lip and four ornate feet. The stand is 12" at its widest and 10 1/2" tall. The base is marked, but unfortunately it is only a partial mark: Top. or Tor. Company Quadruple Plate 2 10. It is tarnished, but I believe most of the silverplate is present; it should polish up nicely. There are some scratches inside the basket where the bowl sits, but the stand is in otherwise excellent conditon. This will make a nice addition to your collection. This is an antique Victorian. I believe Webb Glass peach blown bridal bowl and basket. The basket is not marked. The basket measures 11" tall x 5 11 3/4" wide and 3 1/2" in diameter at the base. The bowl measures 9 5/8" in diameter. It has a burgandy opalescent glass rim and a rough pontil on the bottom. It is in excellent condition, no chips, cracks or repair. It does have a couple of bubbles. The basket could use a polishing, but is otherwise in very good condition. It is listed without a reserve. This is a gorgeous antique Victorian bride's basket compote bowl.the quadruple silverplate stand. Designed in the nature of the 1800's Aesthetic Movement, was made by the Meriden Britannia Company and it is signed, Meriden B. Company" on the bottom edge along with a number 241. The Early American Pressed Glass bowl that must have been designed for this stand precisely(or the stand for the bowl) is a clear glass, rounded canted straight sides with indentations on four sides.which line up with the indentations in the base of the stand. I do not know who the maker of the bowl was and the design appears to be some variation of a waffle or cane pattern with a waffle bottom. It measures between 9 1/2" 9 3/4" across the top and is 2 5/8" deep. When setting in the stand it is about 6" tall.overall height of the stand(to ... morethe top of each ornate side handle) is 7 1/4" the length from handle to handle is about 14 1/2" The stand sits on four feet and the embossed design is very ornate, comprised of flowers, foliage and birds. Up for sale is this beautiful Victorian era art glass brides bowl. This is one of the finest examples I have had the pleasure of offering. The light lime green color in the satin glass is very unusual and rare. The flowers are beautifully hand applied. The trim is thick gold and the insides are finely painted. A great ruffled rim treatment is used. The bottom is also numbered and signed. That is something that you do not see often on such pieces! It's a special one! The overall condition is very good. There is one section on the trim where the underside(white) part has been chipped. Both sides are shown in the photo. The full profile is still present. Stunning Antique Victorian Brides basket with Beautiful Purple with Gold bowl! The basket is marked Middleton Quad Plate White Metal. Looks like# 880? You need a magnify glass to read. Well at least I do, lol! The basket is full of great detail and has 4 legs and great patina. Very ornate. 13.5 inches tall and about 11 inches across the widest part of the middle. The bowl is Gorgeous purple. White and gold. No chips or cracks. Minor paint loss. Ruffled edges. Ruff pontail mark underneath. There is some yellowing to the back side of the bowl due to age. And minimal age specks. The color of purples go from dark to light. Beautiful! Bowl is about 8.5 across the widest part and 3 inches at the tallest part of ruffle. The bottom part of bowl where it sits is about 2 inches. The bottom of basket where bowl sits is about 5.5. I do not think this ... moreis the original set but it is a very nice marriage of the two. This is a very pretty Vintage Pink Bowl or Brides Basket Insert Bowl with a floral design/motif. It is handblown with scalloped petal type edge and has the raised dots in a pattern around the edge of the bowl. It is creamy white in the middle area with one lavender flower in the middle and six lavender and yellow flowers around the edge. It looks like all the raised dots were painted gold at one time but most of them have rubbed off. It measures approximately 9 7/8 inches in diameter and 1 3/4 inches tall and the base that would fit in the basket measures almost 3 1/2 inches in diameter. This comes with a plate holder which is gold or brass in color.

Oneida Quadruple Plate Brides Basket frame American Aesthetic missing bowl
Great Aunt Euphania picked this up at a thrift store. She thought surely she had a bowl to fit but after trying a few different ones gave up looking so up on ebay it goes. This is a nice old piece. The bottom is hallmarked"Quadruple Plate Oneida, Silver Mfg. Co" in a circle. We have family in Oneida and always visit the antique places in the Central New York area but it's not common to find a piece like this marked Oneida. We would date it to probably around 1900 give or take 10 years but we are not experts. We have handled a lot of silver over the years and although we do like to polish flatware pieces such as this one are best left as they are. There is wear to the silverplating(quadruple plate does not mean 4 layers of silver, it means the last layer of plate was silver) You can tell this has been polished before but we don't ... moreknow that it would look any better and might look not quite as good so we are leaving the patina as-is. The frame is a good size so it would hold a nice sized bowl or do what auntie suggest which is to re-purpose older pieces, she would buy some of that green foam for the base and put silk flowers in it. The whole frame is about 13 1/2" high and 9" across, the height for the inner circle area is about 9" to 9 1/2" It has an American Aesthetic look to it with the flowers in a vase on each side. There is nice scroll work around the rim. The base is about 4 1/4" across. Weighs less than one pound but will require a big box to ship. Buyer pays shipping. Payment due within 3 days of sale end. The number on the bottom is 1203. There is another number that looks like a driver’s license number for identification. The piece measures approximately 2" tall and 9 1/2" across. For sale is an ornate Victorian quadruple silver plated bride's basket with an exquisite ruffled cased-glass bowl. The pink glass starts dark at the ruffle and flows down to a pale pink at the center. The underside is white. This unmarked bowl measures 11 1/2" across at its widest. 4 1/4" at its tallest, and 3 7/8" across the foot, which has a ground, indented pontil. It is in excellent antique condition: No cracks, breaks, chips, or repairs; just some bubbles, pimples, and a couple of slightly rough areas where the glass was bent for the sections of low ruffles, all signs of having been manufactured more than a hundred years ago. This is NOT one of the Fenton reproduction bowls. The basket is marked: Guaranteed Poole Silver Co. Taunton Mass. Quadruple Plate 1328. It stands 12" at its highest, 12 3/8" at its widest, ... moreand 3 15/16" across the inner part where the bowl sits. The holder has ornate scroll work at the top and top/sides and lower part of the handle where it attaches to the basket. The four feet are also very ornate. The holder is in wonderful antique condition: The silver plate needs polishing but it appears to be mostly intact; no other conditions to report. Antique Cased Pink Glass Brides Bowl, Victorian Silver Plate Basket Holder Stand
For sale is an ornate Victorian probably-quadruple silver plated bride's basket/stand with an exquisite ruffled cased-glass bowl. The pink glass starts dark at the ruffle and flows down to a pale pink at the center. The underside is white. This unmarked bowl measures 10 1/4" across at its widest. 3 3/4" at its tallest, and 2 7/8" across the foot, which has a ground, indented pontil. It is in excellent antique condition: No cracks, breaks, chips, or repairs; just some bubbles, pimples, a couple of slightly rough areas where the glass was bent for the sections of low ruffles, and 3 tiny spots of white color in the pink, all signs of having been manufactured more than a hundred years ago. This is NOT one of the Fenton reproduction bowls. The stand is unmarked; it stands 7 1/4" at its highest, 7 4/8" at its widest, ... moreand 3 3/8" across the inner part where the bowl sits. The bowl sits way down into the basket portion. The holder has three ornate scroll work columns that connect the basket to the base. A beautiful dove is attached to the stand between the columns. The four lion's feet are also very ornate. The holder is in wonderful antique condition: The silver plate needs polishing, but it is mostly intact; there are several scratches and two shallow dents in the bottom rim of the stand and one small dent and several small scratches in the basket upper rim. This beautiful and scarce brides bowl has a cranberry interior and white hobnail exterior. The bowl has a ruffled edge and is 10 inches in diameter and 3 ¼ inches high. It is hand blown and has a polished pontil. We have seen this piece attributed to Hobbs. Brockunier& Co. It would be in their dew drop series. The piece dates to the late 19th century. There are no chips, cracks or repairs. There are some small scratches on the inside of the bowl.
